was curious to try this, but this automat was offline for a week or two — then it came online.
ordering is easy, paying is easy, the pizza is dispensed in three minutes and comes out wonderfully hot.
i was hoping i could stay in my vehicle and simply retrieve the pizza when it was ready — but i had to interact with the kiosk and i’m glad it wasn’t raining; there is no shelter. instead, the sun was shining and i could barely see the information on the rather-dim touchscreen.
unfortunately no beverages are available, no customizations are possible, and the pizza is not sliced for you (some disposable knives are available, however).
that said, the pizza is not very flavorful — with so many actual and classic pizzerias in and around detroit, i don’t see how this can compete for price, convenience, quality, or reliability.
the machine is often offline.
the pizzas are indeed frozen, not “made by hand” when you order them.
as asked, i emailed them for another visit and they never responded.

What the heck is happening, 24/7 pizza in 4 minutes?? YES PLEASE
Easy to navigate the ordering screen and very quick. We happen to catch the owner refilling the machine and it’s a Great idea had the meat lover and breakfast pizza both excellent. I will buy again.

Not impressed with the cheese pizza, little ceasars is better unfortunately. Please change your recipe and cook the pizza longer. The pizza was doughy and no flavor. I love pizza but this needs to be upgraded. I would try again if modifications take place for the better, I like the concept

The machine was easy to use. Only about a three minute wait for the pizza. The pizza was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of different pizza. Very bland. Not cooked evenly. If this was the only option, I would go hungry.

I got the cheese pizza to eat on my way home, the cheese and crust were well done except in the middle, it didn’t have a lot of flavor and it wasn’t cut at all so I had to tear off pieces. Considering it comes from a box outside the mall there is no one to complain to or get a refund. I would not recommend it at all unless your desperate to put something in your stomach.

I have no complaints about this except one. Ive seen these machines and have been waiting for them to show up, but I want to see it being made like the other ones I’ve seen. Without see through windows it would be nice to at least have the monitor show it being made. The quality and size is ok for what it is. What it is, is a place to pull up 24/7 and have a fresh pizza made for a fair price. That’s kind of priceless in itself. It’s not a 5 star pizza but it is a 5 star concept. There should be one on every corner.

This was an incredible experience! The pizza was really good and well above my expectations. And the price was great for the quality and quick service…4 minutes and i had a hot delicious pizza! Jason was showing people how to use it and talk about what it was all about and he was very informative and kind. I will absolutely buy again.

Cool concept, but the pizza was a floppy flavorless mess. It was so floppy and steamy it tasted microwaved. They need to work on their recipe and how it gets cooked if they want people to spend $10 on a pizza here.

24/7 pizza…can’t beat that! Love the veggie and bbq chicken. Cheese take and bake is great if you want to add your own toppings and cook at home. Pizza is fast and fresh.
