This is disgusting my cat wouldn’t even touch it. What is it you ask ?? Its a small cheese steak that had more bread then meat.
I guess the Lantana location didn’t get the message from corporate they’re supposed to be making the sandwiches with 25% MORE meat not 25% LESS.

I came in alone recently and asked for a Cran-Slam club. The manager spent her extra time at the end of her shift to assist the team with making a sandwich that, frankly, shouldn’t be off the menu anymore. But she went above and beyond with the rest of the team there to make it happen. I was happy to see someone remembered a classic, and a better creation and alt from the Bobbie sub.
Thanks for bringing back a classic, in my book. That sandwich was delish. Hoping things stay afloat with you folks in Lantana Sq, because we love Cappies.

The Lantana Sq Capriotti’s samwiches are very good. However, I tried to order some samwiches tonight around 530pm. I was told they ran out of rolls. This isn’t the 1st time this has happend. So sad. I don’t understand how you can run out of rolls. Maybe the distributor messed up on the delivery. But how can this happen frequently. Hopefully they will get their act together. The samwiches are good.

This is my favorite Sandwich chain in the whole world. The Bobbie and cheese steaks are so good! With the app, you can order online and also redeem special offers. The employees are also very courteous and professional. Great food and great people!

Craziest experience ever. Came in asked about pricing because it’s not stated in the menu that is posted on the counter the girl Alysa gives me an attitude and after i acknowledge to her that she is giving me attitude she continues so I state that is like my order to be taken by someone else. So then Noah comes to the front and just puts in the sandwich never asked what I wanted on it just put it whatever he wanted just to get me out of the door so I then had to ask for the toppings so I can just put them on myself because why give it back if they didn’t want to do it correctly in the first place. Don’t come here all that much but every other time I came no issues. Idk what is going on but really an attitude because I asked about pricing? SMH

Went on Sunday at 5 pm. Could not get through on the phone. Reason…they were out of rolls! Got the last large roll Felt badly for the 3 customers that they had to turn away while I was waiting for my order. I was served by Kimberly a nice person friendly service but only the problem I went this place and I want to try out something different I order veggie chicken steak sandwich with melted cheese on that’s pretty much it nothing else on took me a long time to chewy and shove it down and it’s so dry don’t have any kind of sauce and any kind of taste to it it’s just completely wasted $10.48 to me no go ……

This location is terrible and we’ve given it many, many chances over the years.
