Nice place combined with Barneys Burgers. Wife had Swiss mushroom cheeseburger, coleslaw, fries she said it was excellent. Decent prices, great service friendly staff. Excellent location, easy in and out. On the way to Crater Lake but short distance out of Medford (hwy 62)

Food is always good. We order the same thing most of the time and they are very consistent. We stopped eating at other place’s because sometimes it’s not good. Sweet tea has been good every time. The waitstaff are very kind. I like that you order and pay first. It makes it so much easier. Portions are big. My daughter and I get biscuits and gravy breakfast and a Side of home fries and we split it and it’s under$20

I absolutely adore the combination location in White City of Sweet Tea Express and Barney’s Burgers. I recently hosted a holiday work lunch there for a team of 9 people. They had a perfectly lovely table for 12 that fit our group nicely. The servers were so friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy the food came out perfect and promptly. A lovely experience and even though we were there over 2 hours, nobody was impatient with us lingering and taking up floor space. I highly recommend this location. The food was amazing. I had the ribs and fries basket which was the perfect size for lunch. Several of the team had various burgers, which are delicious, and we had several that had the breakfast burritos and various egg dishes and they were very happy with every bite.

I thought the counter ordering in a sit down restaurant was weird. Male server was very good and attentive girl just seems to be there but not very enthusiastic. Food was good (breakfast) price was kinda high in my opinion.

Firstly, the food was phenomenal. Well prepared and flavorful, especially for us just getting a Cobb Salad and a Bacon Cheeseburger. They were both huge portions, also. Came out really quick too.
My problem is, our cashier/waitress was too busy laughing and having conversations with the other workers standing around that we had to repeat our order multiple times because she wasn’t paying attention. Mixed with the very loud talking and laughing made things super difficult. I’m all for having fun at work, but there is a time and place for it. When your only customers in line are at the register, it’s probably not the best to be joining in on the conversation.

Wednesday, 12/31, ordered the 3 Meat Trio. On the positive side, they got the order 66% right (left out the pulled pork and potato salad). Also, the brisket wasn’t ALL grizzle.

Spent $100 for take out. The food was cold And fries were soggy. I was bummed out. I live just a min or two up the road. Food should be kept in a warmer not on the counter to get cold. Staff was nice.
