My girlfriend had to deal with a rude female on the phone that would consistently speak over my her while she was trying to order and she just assumed that we wanted a regular Italian even though we said “giant” maybe if she wasn’t talking over my girlfriend while she was ordering they wouldn’t of messed up my order. I’ll still be ordering from here just some people need to learn how to listen and have respect for the customer. Sure it’s busy around 11:30 when opening but don’t be rude and assume you heard what some said if your cutting them off from talking

It took them over an hour to get my meal to me last night. Thankful it was a cold cut sandwich, so it didn’t go bad. I feel if they had more workers it would have been a better experience, but my driver last night was super nice. Definitley the best part of the experience

Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I ordered for my lunch break at work. Took an almost 45 minutes to get my order (they are only a few blocks from my work) all just to find out they dropped it off at a completely different business. They very kindly offered for me to go and retrieve my own order. Obviously I wasn’t gonna go for that as I have a limited time for lunch. They eventually got me my order after over an hour of waiting, and refused to compensate me in any way. I was told if they refund the whole order they will cancel the whole order and I won’t get the food. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My advice, just go to Jersey Mikes

I’ve been coming here for years. The sandwiches do taste fine. But this place is not fast anymore. I’ve had to wait about 20 minutes multiple times, I’m not being dramatic here either. There’s no telling how long it will take. Look, everyone that works there is nice, I have no issue there. But jimmy johns is known for being fast everywhere! And something is broken here. Don’t believe me? Try to do an online order for pickup asap and show up 25-30 minutes later. And be prepared to wait some more. If I’m wrong, give me a thumbs down. I’ll gladly change my review if it changes back to what it used to be, but I am avoiding this location at the moment.

So don’t use door dash with this location. I ordered food and they delivered it to the wrong location. I did change the location on the app but they didn’t see the change. They delivered it to the wrong address and wouldn’t turn around to grab it while they were on the same street. Horrible customer service from the girl working at Jimmy’s. Anyways I get a sandwich a week but will never buy anything from them again. Advice For this location. If you can’t see changes made through door dash then don’t use the app.
