Upon walking in I was to only walk on the rug because he “literally just swept and didn’t want to get more dirt on the floor.” Meanwhile the rugs were filthy and the ground was covered in dirt and crumbs. While making our sandwiches he put his entire forearm down onto our footlongs. Paused making our sandwiches with a line forming behind us to get on his phone and laugh, then continue to touch the meat and cheese without changing his gloves. He was extremely rude and had his hairnet halfway on his head and kept touching his glasses and face inbetween making sandwiches. This is the second negative experience i’ve had at this location and will not be returning. He should not be handling peoples food if he doesn’t know basic food safety.

The girls working tonight (10/30) were amazing! They were beyond nice and funny and made me one of the best sandwiches I have gotten from here in a loooooonggg time. Those girls deserve a raise FR!!!!!

Everytime I come here there is new workers. I see they fired many teenage workers without cause?? Very very short staff, employees stuck to work alone. Hopefully not teenagers.
Food was very gross. I asked for extra lettuce. What is this??? Disgusting! Wet, brown! They serve this to people???
Avocado was brown. Sauces crusted on. They do not make things fresh.
Place was better months ago, now it has declined. Very gross. Not coming back.

Employees are nice, but theres so few of them. I’ve seen multiple working alone. Owners don’t know what they’re doing.

The new owners are incompetent and don’t know how to run a store. I will be filing a complaint with the labor board for her firing people without cause. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

They sadly had a power outage when I placed my order and I couldn’t cancel it. But the employees and mangers were so nice about it and helped me out as much as they could! I also got a refund! Definitely a good work ethic at this place

This is one of my go to subways. They have fresh food and their facility is always clean.
It seems the staff there works well together and are friendly.
