I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, and waited 5+ minutes at the last window just to receive a half empty fry. No, there were no fries at the bottom of the bag. I thought glancing in the bag to confirm all items were present was enough, but now I will have to confirm that the items have been properly filled.

Out of peppermint flavors. No problem. But gave me a small cup after I told them I ordered a medium and lied. You should have upgraded not downgrade. Employees need to be trained.

I rarely write reviews, but this was warranted. I ordered through the drive thru. I was one of only two ppl in line. The hamburger buns were harder than a rock. The cheeseburgers which were supposed to have extra onions (as shown on the tickets) were plain! Incompetent business.

Meat patties were cold and hard, and the chicken was cold. Coffee had black floating things.

Went through the drive through ordered a #9 with ketchup, mustard, and pickle only.they both only had ketchup and onions. The #9 also came with a large drink and small fry. Thought it was supposed to be a medium.
Also ordered two spicy McChickens and they were hard and my large fry was half full.

I ordered a coffee, that was it. They parked me and had me wait 15 minutes. Then they handed me the wrong coffee. Is there a competent McDonald’s in Cape, or do they all suck?

This one on N Kingshighway has the worst burgers in the world for some reason. The rest of their food tastes like what you’d expect from McDonalds, but their burgers taste like they’ve been freeze dried since the stone ages no matter what time of day you go. Inedible pieces of rubber.

The Kingshighway/Mt Auburn McDonald’s is the best in Cape. Fast, friendly, and always accurate. Plus the restaurant is super clean! Only McD’s I’ll eat at in Cape.

Food took forever to get and was not good. All employees seemed more interested in their phones than in any customers or providing orders. Definitely will never visit this location again!

Food was good and fast, restaurant and restrooms were clean. I hate the push to using kiosk, would prefer to interact with a person but not any of the employees fault.
