I had to come here twice to see if they are consistent. YES THEY ARE. Well stuffed Birria Tacos the meat is nice and tender, the conzumel has flavor with little to no fat, so it doesn’t feel greasy. The salsa roja has a kick and flavor.
Do wish they had salsa verde.
Besides that definitely recommend. They do sell out so you gotta commit!!! None of this second guess if I should get some. Just do it. You’ll have no regrets.

I’ve tried a lot of Birria taco trucks in Austin and around the area. This is by far my favorite. The consume is so rich in flavor and they get such a good crisp on the corn tortillas. Highly recommend!!!

One of, if not, one of the nicest and tastiest Birria tacos in manor. Kind man that serves you and gives out samples for you to test out their meat before ordering. Decent pricing for their tacos, but the food overall is consistent and delicious. I would be more pleasant if they could open on weekdays as well other than Friday. Definitely give this place a shot if you’re craving some

With my son at school in the Rio Grande Valley, my taste in tacos has changed considerably over the past year. I was craving “Valley” Birria tacos tonight. My husband went to pick them up from El Bandido Suelto. We were NOT disappointed! The service was great! He told me how friendly and helpful people were. The food was fantastic! I wasn’t hungry after the first two, but there was no way I was leaving the other two for tomorrow.
Excellent quality, great flavor, and wonderful service!

We don’t usually go to Manor to eat, but my dad and I decided to give it a try. We ended up at El Bandido Suelto for the first time and it was SO GOOD! Hands down the best birria we’ve had. Very flavorful, not too oily which we loved, and the service was great — really nice staff. The whole vibe was chill. Overall, just a really great experience. We definitely recommend!!

Very delicious birria Ramen, queso Birria tacos, and Agua de Jamaica. Plenty of toppings and very flavorful salsa. The staff even comes out to check on if we need anything which was very considerate.

I been having my Birria from El Bandido Suelto for a few years now. The taste, quality and service just keeps on getting better every time. This past weekend I decided to share this gem with my soccer team. Bought a few Family Packs to share with the rest. Everyone was impressed by the quality and taste of the Quesabirria and consume. Highly recommend El Bandido Suelto.
