I tried the cheese steak sub. Been trying to find a decent CS since I moved down here. Although it tastes good it looks more like a Cheese steak pizza on sub roll. It had a a few onions, peppers and cheese topped with a few pieces of steak. Not a sub at all! Be mindful.

This the second time in three weeks I ordered from this store the first time they refused to take a $50 bill which at no time did they mention they don’t do that this time they canceled my order without calling me or emailing me when I asked about this the guy first lied to me saying they don’t do that then he said he didn’t know he said they came to the motel but that’s a lie I’m facing the highway not 1 car came to my parking lot the manager on the phone was very combative with me in stead of being calm and patient he was raising his voice at me and giving me false information instead of just being honest and telling me he didn’t know the answers to my questions. I will not be returning to this store ever again

Ordered a pizza thru door dash, the pizza comes with no sauce, no cheese and Alfredo sauce only. WHO EATS THAT? This is the 3rd time this has happened, and also the manager was VERY rude about the situation. Will not return and I hope this reaches others!

I ordered one pizza stuff crust with two toppings around 10 p.m. It was delivered on time but they didn’t put any cheese on it and baked the pizza so hard it was tuff and chewy. They didn’t even cut it. I called to let the manager know and he supposedly gave me a credit but when I called back 3 minutes later to just get another pizza because we were unable to eat the first pizza they won’t even answer the phone! This is absolutely horrible! The topping keep falling off and the crust is baked crispy. I know they would not want to eat a pizza like that if it was their family! I hate workers who do not care and work so lazy with poor customer service!!

Papa John’s is always amazing! BUT the only problem I have is that anytime I call to place an order the people on the phone can barely understand and speak English and I have to repeat myself a bunch to finally get my order right and even then sometimes they still mess it up. My favorite pizza but I miss the days when it was local people answering the phone.

Not mad at the rest of the food or the people but Papa John’s itself. Who in their right mind made a papa bowl and not make it a pasta bowl? This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen who came up with this idea of a pizza but toppings only? This is such a rip off.

Clueless staff and the inside is dirty. Pizza was tough and dry, probably the worst I’ve had. Saw the manager get onto the counter with his shoes on to fix something. No regard for cleanliness. The difference between this Papa Johns and the Little Ceasers down the street is night and day. The Little Ceaser is spotless and staff are very nice and professional.
