I’m not much of a BBQ so I’m not a good source of how it should taste, but my boyfriend got the ribs said it was good I ordered the caroline sandwich I’m not a fan of vinegar and that is how the sandwich sauce was. But meat tender and I did eat it all.

This may be the best BBQ North of the Mason-Dixon line! Perfect hole in the wall BBQ joint. No frills, just great food. View of the lake is amazing. I had the four meat platter with fries and coleslaw, everything was amazing. My wife had the smoked prime rib, and it’s awesome! She’s from the South, and I lived there for 16 years. It gets our seal of approval! Try the Colt .45 and Memphis sauces. The house BBQ on the ribs was awesome!
If you’ve never been to a real BBQ Joint, this is perfect to a ‘T’. Anything you don’t like, is because you don’t understand.

Best BBQ in the northern midwest! The pulled pork sandwich was tender and deep with flavor. The atmosphere is something to be desired because it’s relatively noisy and crowded. Not to mention the service is alright. You are expected to clean up after yourself and grab your own sauce bottles. To wrap things up, it is a must stop place for BBQ!

Best barbecue we’ve had in a LOOONG time! Actually, may be the best barbecue we’ve ever had. We love barbecue. And, we travel all over the United States for work so we’ve visited many barbecue restaurants. The brisket at BB was off the charts with flavor, tenderness, and portion size. My husband and I both ordered a 1/4# and it was easily more than a 1/4# of some of the best brisket you’ll ever eat. And, we snagged some really cute stickers before we left ! The special barbecue cheese curds were pretty yummy too!

Very good, bbq. we shared the latge 4 meat platter& an order of poutine and everything was amazing. My son and I were both stuffed after eating our fill, and we had enough for lunch the next day.
