We flew into Bozeman today and my body needed nutrients. So we ordered take out. Delivery was on time. Everything was packaged really well. The broth in this Pho is outstanding! I am seriously so impressed! I would order this again and again. The chicken and noodles came in a separate container so they didn’t over cook in transport. 12/10 this is a top tier experience!

Hands down the best restaurant in Bozeman! The food is just so phenomenal! I’ve been living in Bozeman for I don’t know how many years, since 2010. And this place takes the cake! I always get takeout and take the food back to my place. The flavors are just so deep. I mainly get the pho. But have you had their coconut shrimp and I wondered if it was homemade and how they made it because it was so perfectly flavorful robust shrimp and coconut crispy to perfection but it’s not like the coconut was falling off of the shrimp and it’s not like it was a gross flower batter either it’s hard to explain. The soup is just such a depth of flavor I can’t even explain

Pho Sai Gon is a fantastic spot for delicious vegan-friendly Vietnamese food! I had the vegan pho with extra tofu, and it was absolutely rich, flavorful, and comforting. The portion size was incredibly generous—I could barely make a dent in it, but that just meant I got to take some home to enjoy later. I also appreciated that the menu had several vegan options to choose from. The dining area is modern, bright, and spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a place I’ll return to when I’m craving pho done right.

Pretty good pho! Liked that you could pick your veggies so you only got what you liked. The summer rolls (with rice paper) were not good, fell apart easily and poorly made. Service was very nice but took long, facility was very nice though!

We ordered dinner through Toast, and after an hour of waiting I noticed our order still hadn’t been picked up by DoorDash. I called the restaurant just to check in, and the owner was so kind — he immediately offered to refire our entire order and deliver it himself so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer.

You don’t see that level of care or customer service anymore. The food was delicious (as always), but the genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made our night.

We will absolutely keep supporting this wonderful local business. Highly recommend!

Being one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the Bozeman area, it is definitely a decent option for people craving for hot soup food in the winter cold. It is located inside the apartment building so it is very hard to seek out at night.

Parking can be confusing as there are some parking available at the back but very limited since it is shared with the apartment. Many car actually park on the small road at the back of the building, so it is confusing for first time people here.

For the food, we tried Pho and there is only one size option, and it is only ok size, not big but not small neither. The soup is quite salty and the noodles is still a bit hard unfortunately. For the price, it is definitely a little bit on the expensive side as there are not much topping in the bowl for $18 with 2 meats option. We stopped by about 7 pm on Sunday night and they were out of bean sprouts and basil, which is also unfortunate.

The service is great and there is no complaints there.

Overall it is a decent option if you need to satisfy your Vietnamese food crave as it is quite limited in this area, hopefully the food improves in the future.

Bonus: they do have a big shelf selling many Asian grocery items like instant noodles, fish sauce, etc. It is definitely help in case you are in a pinch for these

Had a lovely experience – was there for lunch with a friend, the food was wonderful, but even better was our lovely server, Zoey! She gave great recommendations, helped out with my leftover Pho so I didn’t make a mess, and was just awesome. I had the Pho with beef and veggies and my friend had the cold rice noodle salad (I can’t recall the name) and egg rolls. Thank you!
