I got a burrito supreme from the drive-thru and upon opening the wrapper for my burrito I can feel that my burrito was cold to the touch but I thought maybe it’s because of the lettuce after bitting down I notice the cheese was not even melted, and I even touched my meat/beans to be sure, and it tasted like I was eating a previously frozen burrito that wasn’t fully heated up. I went into the Taco Bell calm and stated my burrito was so cold I couldn’t enjoy in it is there any way they can heat it up because one I didn’t want to make it a big deal and two I didn’t want them to go out of their way. The guy who came and asked what was the matter with my burrito was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned. However, the lady that was the cook did not seem to care or feel the need for any urgency to make my burrito even after waiting patiently for other orders to get done and she looked annoyed. For that and my disappointment and dissatisfaction of my cold burrito that I paid close to $8 plus dollars I walked away and left before I became upset. Which is truly sad because now I am hungry and didn’t even at minimum get a refund. Side note: I was told no one has ever complained about their food being cold but in previous reviews someone said they exact thing I said cheese was not melted and the meat was cold as well. These are things I cannot make up even showed the gentleman the non-melted cheese in my burrito.

This is Unfortunately the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in over a decade. To start things off, the store Needs some taking care of – and the employees were nowhere to be found, until the person making the food saw me standing there. The drink was wrong and after I left with my Luxe box and made it to my destination – the Taco was missing All cheese, it had maybe 8 strips of lettuce and lack of protein, as well. The Steak poblano burrito was cold with the cheese being partially melted. This was my second time here and it Will Definitely be my Last.

Dropped in for a quick taco. Shells crumbled with first bite. Flavors were good but tacos supreme were a mess.

Great spot on Foothill and Wheeler. Lovely little winding road with a path and garden for their drive-thru. Like a Disneyland experience!

Went to get breakfast today only to find out it is no longer available at this location… What gives?
It disappoints me that I can’t get breakfast from my favorite fast food breakfast chain and am forced to go to your competition across the street now, which isn’t as convenient and much slower…

I hadn’t had a Mexican Pizza in about 10 years and I was so happy with the improvements to the cheese.

The facility was ok the people very helpful. My problem is the app sucks. Couldn’t put in debit card number the keyboard wouldn’t come up to input number had to go in and have employee copy the order. Now I’m trying to put in the rewards and the scanner won’t work and no keyboard to input manually. We probably will not go there anymore too expensive to go not using the app.

Great location. Always very clean and the staff is very professional and kind. Order has always been correct and the drive thru moves quickly. Restrooms are clean and the outdoor patio is well kept. Haven’t had a bad experience there yet. As with all Taco Bells, I would recommend there box meals. They are a good value for the amount of food!

Drove through… food was well, Taco Bell, not terrible, but over priced like anything else in California… drink, all ice, got a few sips, and then reverted to chomping on ice, hydration is key, I guess… probably not workers fault, but kinda bull shit, that after a few sips the drink is gone… after all, ice is expensive, make why give it away, especially if the company wants to charge customers to increase their workers wages…
