Excellent Shakin’ Espresso, and the service was moderately enjoyable. Especially since being a gig driver I need my caffeine to stay alerted on the road, and happy thanksgiving to ya’ll ☮️ ️⛪️ ✝️
P.s. I’d been to one Dunkin Donuts where they haven’t properly prep their coffee, and some of the coffee beans will spill into the cup as they prepare it -you can see the beans at the bottom of the cup. It’s frustrating. How does one not know how to measure a cup of coffee. It shows very little acknowledgement and discourtesy on the company on how well they handle their employees.
P.s.s That is why I love this specific location they actually know how to brew their coffee. Thank you.
God blessed

Zero stars if it was possible!! There were 5 people working at the counter, and completely ignored me for over 10 minutesnas they’re bsin at the drive through windows.. Terrible serives, expected from a low quality store such as dunkin donuts.

My order is almost always messed up or half wrong when I go here. I only go here because it’s one of the only places to get fast breakfast in town because this town has NOTHING bur Pizza places for food. The wait time is insane I have stopped going here in the morning on my way to work because I am always late for work because the line is so long. They usually aren’t bad at lunch time.

The manager, Myrelis, met me with attitude right from the start. I showed her my order on the Uber Eats app and she refused to make it. Completely unacceptable customer service. That’s not how you treat customers.. let alone a veteran just trying to get a coffee.
If you want fast, friendly service, go to the Dunkin’ in Haskell just up the road. It’s usually teenagers running it, but they’re always polite, quick, and get my orders right!!

Firstly, please get rid of that stupid recording that plays when you drive up to order. The thing says “good morning what would you like to order” and as soon as you start speaking another voice comes over annoyed saying“hold on!”. Maybe change it to “ welcome etc, somebody will be with you shortly” or just get rid of it. Secondly, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that cannot make a hot cappuccino properly. Not sure if you are trying to save a buck on grounds, or if you are reusing grounds but it’s so weak it’s undrinkable.

Service is terrible. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finally ring me up through the drive through. Asked for 25 munchkins, got 15. Shame that this is the only Dunkin around.

If I could give no stars I would. Every time my daughter placed a mobile order at least 10 minutes or so before we get there and her order is never ready. She ends up having to wait for them to make it which causes her to be late for work almost every time. I thought the purpose of mobile ordering was to have it ready for when you got there. This place needs to get their staff together to make it more efficient.

Ordered ahead, bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel not toasted, picked up order within 5 minutes and the egg and bacon were already room temp and the bagel was hard, maybe stale. This is a good quality problem and health problem. This needs to be looked into.

Quality of staff has decreased significantly from a year ago to today. Just in my last 6 to 8 visits, I’ve consistently heard staff yelling at each other and it even looked like an upper level manager in a few of those occasions. You constantly hear employees needlessly yelling at each other, though it seems like they’re berating each other in a joking manner, I still don’t get how people can work in that kind of environment, and I’m Hispanic! Staff needs to learn how to turn that stuff on and off. You’re in Ringwood, not Paterson. There’s a time and place for these things. Staff needs to understand that negative energy is easily sensed by customers and transferred on to your coworkers and customers. Today they made my drink wrong and instead of acknowledging the mistake or saying “I’m sorry” she huff and puffed, then deflected blame on to her coworkers. Haskell location is much more pleasant and worth the extra drive even with all the traffic and lights. Just a very unprofessional staff at the Ringwood location. Staff went from great to “what in the world is this” in a year. Honestly, if I was the owner, I’d get a few manager material/serious men in there just to balance out the female-to-female caddy behavior that’s obviously going on in there.
