Wonderful pizza and great service! We stopped by for a beer in December and ended up spending a few hours here. We loved the atmosphere and how friendly and attentive the staff were. We spent some time chatting with the owner, Frank, who was a delight – he even gave us samples of a new flavor of pizza he was workshopping (which was delicious)! Thank you to Frank and his team for the wonderful experience – we will absolutely be back next time we are in Ellicottville!

Passing through and stopped for pizza and wings. Everything is delicious but the wings were so crispy and full of flavor we didn’t even need the sauce. Everything here is excellent including the service, highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick pizza after spending the day on the slopes. This was exactly what we were looking for. Walked in, sat down, placed our order and was eating a fresh pizza within 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious, especially the crispy crust. Our server was awesome and I believe the owner even came by and asked how everything was. There’s something to be said about a restaurant where the owner is involved with their customers. Thank you for this great dining experience!!!!

Sunday 1/18/26 a group of us guys went in and had their wings and pizza and a pitcher of beer! We ordered 100 wings and they were fire! Too bad the guy waited on us cause the girl was with a pretty smile. Service was great and we will be back.

Looking for a Pizza place and saw another customer walking down the street with a pizza box.
Asked him where he got it and said over on Monroe St. , Wood fired pizza he exclaims!.
Big fan of wood fire pizza so decided to swing by.
Ordered a personal size pepperoni and 10 wings Hot sauced.
Pizza was amazing and the wings were fantastic as well!.
$30 all in.
Highly recommend it after a day on the slopes.

After a fun day skiing, we stopped in at Monroe St. Brick & Brew. It was my first time eating here. The service was speedy and friendly. My daughter and I shared a pizza and wings. Both were cooked to perfection!! And they were excellent. I highly recommend Monroe St. Brick & Brew.

The Monroe Street Brick & Brew does not disappoint. The atmosphere is inviting. The pizza is delicious and the service is great. We stopped by on our way home from mountain biking and our waiter was Cameron. He was very friendly and gave us excellent service. I asked him about the Hawaiian pizza and decided to give it a try. We always get pepperoni and traditional pizza.The food was amazing. We had a pepperoni and red onion pizza and we also had the Brick Hawaiian. It was amazing! Outstanding flavor with a balsamic glaze that was delicious. Then Frank came out and introduced himself to us. He asked how our food was and he was super friendly. We exchanged conversation about pizza and that we were pizza connoisseurs. Frank was inviting and he was appreciative of our business. We have dined in and we have also ordered carry out. We do not live in town. Our visit last night was perfect and I wanted to make sure that I mentioned it. Thank you for making us a couple of delicious pizzas and for a great experience. The Hawaiian will always be included with our regular pepperoni pizza order! Per the sign inside if you go in as strangers You will leave as friends. : ))

I called to place an order at 4:15 for pick up at 5:15. The girl I talked to said I had to call back in about a half hour to place it for 5:15. When I called back they said my order couldn’t be ready until 6:15. I was so confused but waited and when I arrived about 10 minutes early the owner told me how I got there too early for pick up and when I explained the situation about the timing he said “well that happens” and the food then didn’t come out until almost 6:30. Food is good but service is terrible and owner is pretty rude. Probably not worth the wait

Mediocre pizza and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The girl that typically runs the counter has a terrible attitude by default. We’ve ordered pickup from here 3 times and that has been the default. It’s one of the few pizza places around, so that’s the only reason we’ve come back. This time though apparently they were busy, because when I called the same girl picked up with the same attitude and I was asked / told to be put on “hold”. I use quotes there, because they didn’t put me on hold they just left the phone off the hook. I heard them help several customers at the counter and after about 10 min they just hung up the phone. Frustrated, I called back a second time where a man answered the phone and did the same… he immediately put me on “hold” after saying “please hold” and left the phone off the hook. Again, after about 10 min of hearing them help other customers at the counter they hung up the phone again without saying anything. Fed up, I called a third time just to tell them how horrible their customer service was, the same guy answered and asked how he could help me. I told him about the 2 other times I called, was put on hold, and then hung up on. His response was exactly “Ok… what can I do for you?”. I told him that I just wanted to call to them they were losing a customer because of their horrible customer service. Instead of even trying anything to rectify the situation, he immediately just hung up the phone. So I went down the street to Tops to grab a couple frozen pizzas, because it’s the same or even better quality and I don’t have to deal with the shitty attitude. No wonder this place is going out of business. Good riddance. Let’s put a better pizza place in there E-VILLE!

Service was horrible, waiters were rude and slow. Then what appeared to be the owner came out which made the situation worse with his rude comments and passive aggressive attitude. Do not spend your money on mediocre pizza frozen pies are better.
