I ordered mild flavored chicken wings but the sauce looks like it wasnt mild. Which ruined the experience for me..I had to rinse off the sauce before I ate. IF I do order from there again I’ll just order plain wings, but if the plain wings are unpleasing to the eye I just won’t be spending my money there. Nothing bad with the service I just expect to get what I had in mind to order and not be surprised with something different

I order hot wings and they were a crazy color like a honey mustard color smh and taste like it was mix with mayo or something wasent hot wings flavor so disappointing smh cause I never had a problem here with my food

Uptown Wings & Grill is a nice place to get a quick bite to eat for lunch or even a quick bite for dinner when you’re just not feeling like cooking. The pizza and stromboli/calzone are absolutely delicious and are pretty much the only things that i eat from here. I’ve heard that plenty of the other offerings on the menu are great, too, but I just haven’t tried them. If you like pizza, stromboli or calzone like I do, you’ve found a good spot, that’s for sure! 🙂

There was a worm in my food I called them they wanted to give me credit. I told him no I just want my money back he told me that’s not the same bag that my food was delivered to me and I had to call the police just to get my money back and I ordered from them all the time so I was very disappointed with them I would never eat from there again

I left my debit card there by mistake & by time I got home 700 bucks had been taken off @ different stores! I entered my pin . Thats how they were able to get money off my card

I ordered from their menu a meat lovers pizza and the mild wings. When I received the order my husband and I were amazed at how good the food was. I am here for a family members funeral and staying at the hotel. I tell you they are very good,everything done in a timely manner,I received my food as promised. Thank you so much for an enjoyable meal.

I use to rave about this little hole in the wall but they’ve lost a customer forever. I ordered food at 11pm on August 18, 2017 and didn’t receive my order until 12:45am. This is no problem I understand they close at midnight. The problem occurred when they messed up my order. They charge extra for all drumsticks/flats and to get different sauces for your wings, I know this I eat here all the time. Not only did my food take forever, they screwed it up. At this point they were closed so I just had to order from somewhere else. I called them the next morning, hoping to get it fixed, and the morning manager told me there was nothing he could do because my problem happened at night Makes no sense. He also hung up on me and refused to help me! They don’t have to worry about getting my money ever again.

Love their food! Never disappointed……let me update this. Got my order tonight and it was HORRIBLE. It took and way over an hour to get it, now I understand they get busy but when i get my food and the wings are cold and the fries? This tells me our food was sitting in the car for a good while and he proceeds to tell me there is NO way our food is cold! Arguing with me…..you have lost a customer whether you care or not. Rude and unprofessional!

The pizza is decent. The drivers are nice. We order at least once a week and the same thing everytime. This is the second time they got my order wrong. I had to fuss and fight to make it right. The first time they did nothing. They came back with my correct pizza this time and insisted I give them back the wrong pizza. I’m done, bye. There are way too many good pizza places in this town. Ugh and the second one isn’t cooked well.
I’ll gladly give a great review if you make an effort to make this right. Your choice- regular customer spending $30-60/wk or not. You have my info.
