Delivery took almost 3 hours. When we called to ask where the order was, we were told it was 15 minutes away. We gave it 20 minutes and called back to be told that “the driver was messing about” numerous times.
When we asked where the driver was they couldn’t say. Then promised to refund if the food was cold. The food arrived whilst on the phone which was indeed cold, when we told them it was cold they hung up on us. When we called back, they said to request a refund from uber. When trying to do this, there is no option. So called back again, and they said they would request from uber (unlikely). The customer service here is appalling. Avoid like the plague!!

This review is for a takeaway,ordered chicken korma pilau rice and nan bread waited over 1 hour arrived no chicken korma ,just two cartons of rice and nan bread . Cave to £17.25 gave £20 to delivery driver .opened it and was poor just rice and nan . Food was average

Delicious all round..we had starters and mains. I was brought here as a mate brithday present. I was allowed to take some home with me as I couldn’t finish it all. Beautiful food and service. Sweet waiters that work there. I would definitely come here again.

Sunday night visit, friendly attentive staff, nice food but my Masala lacked flavour rest was lovely. Really enjoyed the Kingfisher beer! Unfortunately was told the card machine wasn’t working AFTER we’d finished eating which was awkward trying to raise the cash!! Would recommend

Never had a bad experience with Bengal Pride. We order the takeaway quite often as it’s one of our favourite places to order food from. We’ve been in the restaurant a few times and the staff are always lovely. I’m always recommending BP to people. You guys are amazing
