Doesn’t matter how good any of the food is when they don’t wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. We were in the bathroom together and she even looked at me after exiting the stall then wet her fingertips to brush her hair back and walked out behind me passing the hand sanitizer too. Sad part is we really were enjoying the food but now I see why others have gotten sick here. I won’t be back.

Not good. Chicken is tough. Tacos promise tomatoes but none present. Taco shells not good. Overall just not a good meal. We had the taco combo and enchilada combo. The enchiladas are very small with sparse meat. The chips that come with the salsa are just not good. Was excited to try this restaurant. We won’t be going back.

Came in, sat at the bar and it was dirty. I was promptly served chips and salsa. Good salsa. I ordered a top shelf margarita. The waitress went in the back to make the drink instead of the bar. It tasted like nothing but lime. I asked her what kind of tequila she used, it was Montezuma. Not even close to a top shelf. Too sour to finish. I ordered guacamole, it’s the creamy style. Had some spice to it. Couldn’t taste the avocado. I prefer the chunky style. I ordered the enchilada combo. The beans were bland, rice was bland. The cheese in the enchilada was cold and solid. The corn tortillas used in the enchiladas were very greasy. I took two bites, paid my tab and left. Didn’t bother getting a to go box. Very disappointed.

I went when they first opened. I ordered a steak burrito . It was nothing to brag about. There was a lot of rice in the burrito and Harley any meat. There wasn’t any real flavor. This is the worst steak burrito that I’ve had at a restaurant. The price on my receipt was more than the price on the menu. When addressed with the waitress she said she would mention it to the manager and that they needed to update their menu. I asked about the price before I ordered and was told it was correct. There was lots of cheese on it but it was thick because it was cold. My son liked his dish. I don’t know if I’ll return because this is what I get at all Mexican restaurants.

First time trying under new name and management. Rice was recooked, tasted hard. the enchiladas i order were nothing but shredded chicken and sauce. The quesedilla was also very plain, no salad, sour cream tomatoes. Had two different waitresses at First, they didn’t even know so we got 4 drinks for two people. My kid had tenders and fries and that was hot and fresh. My husband’s food was cold in the middle. We paid 6.50 for white queso bowl, size of my fist. Waitress didn’t come back to ask if we needed napkins or anything else. Only came back to ask us if we were done. We weren’t ask for to go cups or to even take the 7 dollar cheese with us. They also didn’t bring or offer a baby chair for my two year old. It was clean and there was no wait. Won’t be going back.

New management and name and I’m pleasantly surprised! Went a couple weeks ago and then again for a quick lunch last week. Excellent service & friendly staff. You can tell they’re aiming to please. My first meal was Carne Asada Street tacos with a side of cheese dip and then for lunch I had the tortilla chicken soup. I like spice so I asked them to make the soup spicy and it was perfect lots of chicken veggies and topped with fresh avocado. The prices were reasonable less than the only other decent Mexican restaurant close to me in Smiths. I will be back.

2/09: If you’re looking for birria, SKIP THIS PLACE. I came in to look at the menu & out of all the items didn’t see any birria. I’m very new to the area from ATL so I still decided to still ask if they served birria. Red flag number 1: the server wasn’t sure when I asked so they had to ask 3 different people who also weren’t sure until someone finally said yes. #2; I asked what the birria combo came with. No one could tell me but somehow the server knew how much it cost? I should’ve cut my losses, but I was still curious to try this so-called birria and also specified I would like quesabirria tacos. Anyways, I get home & open the box to see #3; some pretty stuffed steak tacos and some kind of consume but of course not the traditional that’s served with traditional birria. I’m not mad, the tacos were good. But clearly not traditional birria tacos. Won’t be back due to the shadiness of the situation. They literally could’ve just said no they don’t serve them, instead they preferred to still take my money.
