Young lady that works at the front with the blonde hair, dark roots, and pretty makeup has exquisite customer service. Addresses everyone respectfully as ma’am or sir. Brings the food out fresh, offers assistance when needed, all of the above. My husband works out in Natomas, there are a few Carl’s jr.’s, but we come to this specific one purely based on her customer service.

After crappy customer service at a Northgate location years ago, I literally cancelled this place and haven’t eaten at a Carl’s Jr. since. Until recently when I wanted to try the Cali XL burger after seeing it on a billboard.
I was disappointed when I got home and took the burger out and it looked like it had been made hours ago. It had so much sauce on it that it looked like it had been painted around the entire burger, you couldn’t even see the patties!
Such a waste of money and calories. At my age, I can say I’ve had enough and won’t waste anything else on Carl’s Jr.

The quality of Carls JR food has gone down as the prices have gone up. I noticed the beef patty used for the western bacon cheeseburger was pre cooked and taken out of what looked to be heated drawer.
Don’t expect fresh food from this establishment.

My visit here was great I was able to easily go in look over the menu with plenty of time, the cashier took the order and she was very nice. My food was given to me with little delay which I greatly appreciate so I could get on my way.

Imagine being half way through a meal and noticing mold on your burger the cook may of just been moving to quick w/ outdated product, so w/ that being said just keep an eye on your food. I came respectful and only asked for my refund which they respectfully did. Good people just bad product.

Let me begin by stating that the price of fast food is comparable to dining at a local burger joint. My understanding is that the food prices increased when the employees’ wages were mandated to rise, which explains my expectation of a certain quality when the price of a combo meal approaches $20.
I ordered a burger, but it was not what I had requested. The bun was soggy, lacked flavor, and the lettuce was unpleasant. The condiments were not spread evenly, and the entire assembly was poorly put together. It was evident that the food was not cooked properly. It tasted like a wet dishwater sponge.
Disappointed, I ended up throwing the burger out. I should have taken a picture to document my experience. Carl’s Jr. is known for charging higher prices compared to other fast-food restaurants, and we expect a slightly better quality of food for the premium price.
While I have enjoyed my meals at other Carl’s Jr. locations, this particular branch fell short. The current economic climate makes it challenging to come by money, and yet, you continue to charge higher prices for a product that appears to be of lower quality.
I apologize for being blunt, but this situation warranted my honest feedback.

This location has really gone down hill. The employees look like they hate their job, are goofing off and not paying attention to even care about anything at all. Zero customer service. Oh and if you plan on getting a cinnamon roll, might want to head over to Raley’s to get more icing to make up for the lack they give you here. Maybe the poor food quality and terrible customer service is why no one is ever eating here.

Received my food via Door Dash today. While eating I seen something in a piece of my chicken. Turned out to be a bug. Either a gnat or a baby fly. The staff didn’t acknowledge the fact that I told them that and just brushed me off. Absolutely terrible. I would avoid at all costs.
