Great location! This Chipotle is very clean, fresh, and feels like a newer build. The food was spot-on—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect. It was also super convenient since it was right next door to my hotel. The team here was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely a solid stop if you’re in the Ashland area!

I frequent this chipotle often so I have watched them have good servers and bad. I came in and was given a half full bowl so I refused my bowl and left. My servers name was Kyle and he honestly seemed like a super sweet guy who was new. I think whoever trained him did a very poor job and I have noticed this with other servers here as well the last couple times I have came. Some are either amazing and some do not give full portions at all. I have gone to so many chipotle’s to know that this is not standard. I think whoever owns this chipotle is either trying to save money, or they have hired poor management. This is disappointing, but I will certainly drive 5 extra minutes to go to a chipotle who will give proper portions, especially for the price. This chipotle is probably going to close anyway because they have the lowest reviews around and management is not doing anything to change. There is one woman who is always at the cash register, with glasses and a hat, who did not correct Kyle and I am not aware of her name but she certainly has been here long enough to correct someone. We told them we were unhappy with our bowls and they literally laughed at us. She is not a very pleasant woman. The women who was at the cash register with the woman who is normally there was also disrespectful. I did not catch their name but I think the woman who has been there for a while was training the other woman at the cash register, which sadly explains so much. Poor workers are training other workers to be poor workers. They have awful customer service skills and need to be fired. I am glad Five Guys is next store with wonderful employees, service and food! They just never miss, but chipotle certainly does. Please just hire decent workers and management. As for Kyle, he too should find a place to work who is going to offer him better pay, company, and training. He is a great customer service person and does not deserve to be working at such a poor location. To clarify, this is a management problem 100% because Kyle is one of the many servers here who do not give standard portions. Perhaps someone from corporate should oversee one of these training sessions to ensure that management is doing their job or maybe corporate needs to just take away this location. Why have a location that is making a bad reputation for the brand? Poor choices all around.

I would have given them a 1 star, but the young lady that prepared my bowl was nice. The young lady fixed my bowl. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes. Finally I asked the young lady was someone going to ring me up. She came over and did it. I have no idea where the person was that was supposed to be on the register. I work with food myself, I wasn’t going to get anything once I saw that they were using plastic bags in the panda that was holding the food. I just hope and pray that I don’t get sick. If so they will be hearing from me. The hot food once cooked should be held at a temperature of 135 degrees or above so with that plastic I know it can’t be. I’m going to check it now to see if I’m going to eat it or not. So I’ve been home for about 10 minutes and I live 5 minutes away. So the temperature isn’t bad. I will just heat it up a little before eating it.

They were out of almost everything, the staff didn’t seem to care everything was disgusting, the counter was so dirty, almost all tables were dirty, trash cans were full almost overflowing, the Powerade machine was missing a nozzle and sprayed Powerade all over my wife. When we told the staff about it they didn’t care, and my wife had to tell the staff to put an out of order sign on it. They also are not out if certain things because my wife pressed them on brown rice and they got some from the back, they just don’t want to cook. In my opinion this location should fire everyone and start again or it should just close Down. I have never been to a bad chipotle, it’s one of my favorite restaurants but this was unacceptable. You can get better service and cleaner atmosphere at the cookout across the street and that’s just sad.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. If this was my first experience at a Chipotle restaurant I would never come back. The portions were half scoops at best even for rice. They tried to quarter scoop the chicken and I had to ask for it to be corrected. The restaurant was dirty, the soda machine was just running, and the condiment area was not stocked.

This is the worst Chipolte I’ve ever visited, and I’ve given it several shots. I love the brand and was so excited it came to Ashland. First, I’ve never been given half the meat and had to embarrassingly if I could get the usual portion of protein. Umm, only if I pay more. The portions are so obviously small compared with other stores. The servers must hate it because there’s no love there. Always out of something…tonight corn.
The kicker is I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Got home and my meal dropped out of the bottom of the bag onto my cloth seats, ruining them! I called to talk to the manager, and the phone is disconnected. I was so upset I scooped up what I could, with the soaked paper bag, and put it in a ziplock bag. I took photos of the damage. I took it back inside, handed the disaster to the cashier, then asked for the manager. THREE people later, I was given an 800 number…no name (because they weren’t allowed to give it out) until I refused to leave without a name. Back into the back they went again and came out with a cell phone and explained I could talk to Sean for a second. Oh, how generous of him! He couldn’t do anything but offer me another meal….like I was in the mood to eat. Don’t waste your time going to this location. Poor management, pitiful service, and now I’m $100 in the hole to have my seat cleaned.

The drive through worker was talking poorly about us making a mobile order because we didn’t want to have to take our kids out of the car. The worker needs to be fired. As a former food industry worker, customer service is literally the most important aspect of the job. What is the point of ordering through the app if that workers are going to act like you are the biggest hassle in the world?

Stopped in for and quick lunch. No ice, fountain drinks or even regular coke. Water is only sold with added electrolytes and I feel there is a difference in taste. Cashier added a bag of stale chips, which I did not request, and charged me for them! My vingarette was missing. Decided to make my order to go since I was told “no ice, unless you want it from off the floor” excuse me?!…
There will NOT be a next time. Thanks for a crappy lunch.

Staff is very short with customers and always acts like it’s an inconvenience for you to be there. Portion sizes are pathetic at this location as well. Wouldn’t pay the extra $5 for a large guacamole only to get a half full container. Not my first experience with terrible portions at this location and usually very forgiving about occasional issues but it is consistent here.
