Love this authentic Mexican cuisine. Quaint little takeout or sit down with limited seating on Anderson Avenue. Always parking in front at meter or in back parking lot. Next to awesome eatery Mood Food. Highly recommend this place!

Service is very quick. Fresh food and the bowls are assembled in front of you when you dine in or take out. Nice spot in town and is the best Mexican food I’ve been to. The fact that the kind staff is able to make amazing food and be successful in a crowded area with a lot of competition is mind-blowing.

Best Taco Night EVER thanks to Raul. Seriously, if you need a catering hookup, call Los Compadres. Raul (the owner) took care of us for our taco night with friends, and the food was insanely delicious and authentic. Raul and his crew are some of the nicest, most genuine people in the whole area. Great food and great folks – you can’t beat that. 10/10 Highly recommend Los Compadres! Go support them!

This is a great small place to eat great Mexican food.
We came here expecting a regular large restaurant and were surprised it’s an extremely small place that sits 6 people.
However, after sitting down we found excellent service, great authentic music and tasty food. As we sat down we were offered nachos and guacamole which were great.
We ordered beef empanadas, tacos and burritos which were all great. The Churro was good as well.

Good food and friendly service, with good price as well. Carne asada was tender and good portion, fresh and tasty. Tacos with carnitas was flavorful, fresh ingredients.

I seen the great reviews so wanted to give this spot a try. I ordered online and my meal was the vegan tacos and a side of chips and salsa. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked up and they had minimal outdoor and indoor seating. I got a warm welcome from a very nice restaurant worker. I told him my name and he grabbed my food. I had to sort through the food before I left. When I got home I tried the food and I was a little disappointed. The chips were rock hard but the salsa was good. I had to throw away a majority of them. The vegan tacos were meh. I put a little of the hot sauce and boy was it overpowering. I wasn’t too pleased with this meal but I would be willing to try something else on a cheat day.

Hola amigos. This place looks very traditionalike taco place and good outside seating. Feels like I was in new york. Unfortunately i tasted much better tacos in ny. But within the area, place is pretty good. Chicken casedia was very nicely cooked and delicious. Taco itself was not bad but could be better. Had little pig scent when my pork taco came out and taco dough was little paperlike feeling. Other than that it was not too bad. Gracias de mucho.

The owner is dope and the place is reliable but this is the definition of tacos catered to a certain audience. It’s really clean and if you are a health guru guy this might be the place for you. These are tacos Mexican people would never eat but that doesn’t mean they are bad but just keep that in mind.
