My first and only time at Bun Slut and it was below par. Sub —for sure. My boyfriend and I told the cashier it was our first visit and asked a few menu questions, and her vibe was absolutely uncaring —not service-friendly at all. She was more intent on selfie’s after service and catching up with the dude next door.
Which was another thing that I didn’t quite enjoy. It was like being at a mall food court—three food service centers in one building. That’s isn’t bad all together but it does make me wonder about the food quality.
I hoped the food would save it, but the burgers were disappointing. I’ll say, the bun was good. I think potato bread but the meat patty was small, flat and crispy. I’m not bun slut enough to ignore where everything else was a miss. Definitely not worth more than 2 stars.
The restrooms were a fail too. There was no toilet paper in any stall which only worked because there was no one else in there.
The atmosphere was fine (quiet, not many people).
I don’t plan on going back.

Burger was good but the place was very sterile and no foot traffic. The fries were not my favorite. They have a sweet seasoning which I am not used to. I thought it would be more of a Cajun spice given everything else on the menu. Hussein and as extremely helpful and nice.

LOVE this place! We discovered it right after they opened and it has become a family favorite. Weather you have it delivered or dine in, it is always delicious. The burger sauce is perfect and just the right amount of kick. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My son and I come here regularly for our date nights and we continue to keep up our tradition! If you haven’t tried the milkshakes….do it! Worth the calories 100%!

Grand opening this weekend so we spent about 45 minutes waiting for our food with all the online orders and carrots there so expect a wait until the hype is over. The food was ok tried the seasoned fries they were way too salty and the cheese fries. Well we expected overflowing cheese but not quite there. So once the hype is over and the workers can get a little break we will go again to see it it gets better.

We asked for cups for our drinks the girl at the front who took our order said to get them next door. We asked for water cups because it already time to open our fast and she said to get it next door. When our burgers came out the patties were so thin u couldn’t taste any beef in the burger. I get that they are smash burgers but it was literally paper thin. Do better, have freaking water cups – we paid for 3 drinks and couldn’t get a single cup or even a cup of ice.. seriously ?
