This is by far the best zaxbys ive been to in awhile. Food was brought to me while I was seated which is a first typically your called and come to the counter but the Manager/Management were so inviting and made sure you truly enjoyed your meal. Thank you all for fresh food, great customer service and a smile.

I’m still sitting in the Zaxby’s parking lot because I didn’t want to leave without giving Manager Italy and her entire team a raving review.
This is by far the best fast-food service I’ve ever received. While walking the floor, Italy took the time to stop and speak to our entire family and even offered our young child some Rice Krispies treats. When it was time to leave, she hadn’t brought them out, but since we hadn’t paid for them, I didn’t think much of it. Then she chased us down in the parking lot to bring them to us.
Everyone working that day was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Our food came quickly and was completely accurate.
What makes this even more impressive is that it all happened during one of the biggest Sunday church lunch rushes I’ve ever seen….people were literally waiting out the door.
The thing that impressed me most was that even in the middle of the chaos, Italy took the time to ask a police officer about his meal and thank him for his service. As soon as the crowd died down, I heard her go back into the kitchen and genuinely praise her team for their hard work, which they absolutely deserved. So few managers would take the time to do that.
I own a business that’s known locally for our customer service. If I hadn’t just been passing through from out of town, I would have been recruiting her as hard as possible to come work for me. I am beyond blown away.
Corporate pay attention! This team deserves recognition and rewards for this level of service.

We’ve been to a lot of different Zaxby’s locations over the years, and this is easily the best one we’ve ever been to. The food was perfect and prepared exactly as ordered, the service was great, and management was very helpful and responsive when it came to the one rewards issue we had. So Saturday after shopping our family of 5 voted whether to go to Chick-fil-A or Zaxbys. My husband and son loves Zaxbys I prefer Chick-fil-A but will eat either plus I love Zaxbys loaded fries and our other 2 members said either so we decided to choose Zaxbys. We spent almost $100 dollars. Everyone ordered our usual items and for my husband and I we did the loaded fries. When I say I was disappointed with them its a understatement. There was no cheese in site it looked like they took 2 slices of bacon and 2 chicken strips and split it between the 2 loaded fries. I asked the worker about it and with a snobbish attitude she said u get a cup of cheese (I assume its not a true cup size I bake and cater I know what a cup of cheese looks like) and 2 slice of bacon and 2 stripe per fry. Couldn’t be true but whatever. So I said we’ll what about the ranch. She then gave me 2 packs of ranch and charged me 50 cents for each. I’ll never give THIS location my service or money again when there’s one a few exits in Burlington. The young lady that took our order was excellent and she looked disgusted at how this lady was handling them and customers this day, but she still smiled and apologized for things she wasn’t responsible for she just took our order and payment and did it well. The other lady I assumed was a manager needs more training bc she’s rude, has a terrible attitude, and has no customer service skills.

I had an amazing experience here today! Yes Zaxbys thank you that the food was good, place was clean and staff is friendly! I’ve been driving all day, needing something quick and easy and a place to sit for a bit and get some work done. When I pulled up and asked for Wi-Fi, Sabrina and Becca were so kind and gave it to me right away with no problem. Bathrooms are super clean, it’s quiet, overall it’s exactly what I needed. Giving them a huge shout out because they did such a great job. Thank you!

First time trying zaxby, had little expectations but ended being pleasantly surprised not only by the juicy chicken but customer service as well, it was fast and the cashier was very nice, I hope her manager see this and give her a raise, she was working Saturday March 7 around 13h

We paid $24 for 2 meals. My $10 salad had 1 chicken strip, barely any lettuce or toppings. Surf & Turf box had very little food for $13. My pictures don’t show bread & slaw. What a rip off.

I have been here a few times and always get the Cobb salad and every time I come here it gets worse and worse. Today I got the most pathetic looking cobb salad with one crumpled piece of bacon I mean it was just pathetic and nasty and I will never go here again.
