Have eaten here before and always have a great experience. The staff has always provided professional help and assistance. Always been kind and respectful. The food is constantly good and what you would expect from Taco Bell. Will definitely continue to come back time and time again.

I often go here to grab lunch , and usually it’s good customer service….. BUT Today , it was horrible!! Whoever they have working the drive through needs to be retrained on customer service or go find another job ! Attitude right off the bat as soon as I pulled up, took my card and set it down on the reader. Gave me my food no thank you or anything even after I said thank you as I always do, then I sat there because she still had my card. She open the window and didn’t say anything, I said can I have my card back, and she looked at me like I did something wrong. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB , GO FIND SOMETHING ELSE !!! And no straw for my damn drink.

After ordering Mexican Pizza and bean with cheese and a taco supreme I took my order to the table and found out the only plastic ware was a knife. There were no spoons or forks. How in the hell do I eat my food? There is a supermarket in the same development. The manage should be fired, demoted or kicked in the butt for not getting them. He /she was not in the store. I will not come here again.also with the temperature outside is 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the store has the air conditioning on and it is uncomfortable trying to eat. The beans with cheese and pizza were tasty but unfortunately eating with a plastic knife detracted from the meal.

Whoever was working the window on 9/29/2025 at 12:21 PM needs to get their act together. Not one word was spoken to me even after trying to make small talk/ask for my total. She never asked for my card just shoved her hand out her window into mine. We usually get the sweetest people but she needs either a talking too or a new profession.

Food missing, food received was cold….I live five minutes from the restaurant! Looked thrown together, quality was nonexistent!

10/10. Got the 30 min til close and it was hot, ready, and out fast with quick service! Delightful! If you’re craving late night food, risk it here, it’s s worth the biscuit! Id add a picture, but I ate all that food too quick, and they even helped me order things properly so it was cheaper! 10/10

Went in to this taco bell and was greeted by a sign at the register saying you had to use the kiosk and that cash was only accepted in the drive thru.
If I wanted to take orders at taco bell I would apply or expect a discount for ringing up my own order. I promptly left.

Ordered through doordash tonight after a long, crappy day at work. Everything I ordered was made right, tasted great, and was everything I needed to lift my spirits. I called the store to give my thanks, and the manager somehow seemed shocked! She’s obviously doing something right, because her and her team definitely delivered on service tonight. Give this team some kind of reward, they truly deserve it!
