Overall not bad! Got the regular cheese steak + bacon and a side of ultimate fries. It was very tasty. Overall I was more impressed than I thought I’d be since these arent “real” philly cheesesteaks (no whiz?), but it was a nice changeup from going to the other places in the food court. I’ll be back!

I spent 40 dollars because I had it dashed on my meal and I ordered it without cheese because I have a bad cheese allergy. There was cheese and it looked like the person who made it was lazy and didn’t want to remake and they just scrapped the cheese off.

Went there for breakfast. Steak and egg omelet and an egg and cheese sandwich. Was pretty rough, they did not ask us about how we wanted anything done. They used swiss cheese which melted and then solidified which made it extremely hard and stretchy. The hashbrowns were overcooked and hard. The cook, Rose, was not helpful to customers or the cashier. Poor cashier was there struggling to work the register and asking for help, Rose mumbled some stuff and ignored him. He was able to do things correctly but took quite some time with each customer. I’ll try again but as long as she is not on the grill.

The chicken Phillies are always hot and fresh, considering they’re cooked right there. The fries are usually piping hot too. Very solid food, but the service can be abrupt, and it’s in the main px.

I would not recommend. This particular Charlies location has sketchy prices and the food is bad. The meat is flavorless and the fries are uncooked. It doesn’t taste like the classic Charlie’s food.

They really push add-on prices for everything. I ordered a basic cheesesteak with a combo (signage indicates +4.99 but was upcharged into a large drink despite asking for a regular combo? 7.38 vs 4.99 because they gave me a large drink I didn’t ask for. Would not come here again with these shady practices. I’m just asking for them to be honest with easy to read prices and not upcharging without ensuring the customer actually asked for that. Would give 0 stars if possible tbh

They gave our order away to another customer then remade that customers order before ours even though we ordered before them in the first place. Then didn’t offer any discount or recompense for the poor service. How hard is it to make orders in the order in which they are received and to make sure that the customer picking up is the right customer!?

Sadly if you don’t tell the cashier, cook, and condiment person exactly how to make your sandwich you will get the wrong toppings every time. Asked for a large Prime BBQ Steak. Specified no lettuce, no tomato, extra mayo. The cook forgot to add the onions that it comes with and put the meat right on the bread before adding any mayo. Then the condiment person put lettuce on it. Good grief.

Love their breakfast but went in for lunch and the woman was extremely rude. I ordered a sandwich wrap ,salad and a small lemonade she charged me for a large gave me a small and tried to give me a sandwich I stated it was a rap and she then charged me .80 after she over charged me for my drink ..glad I looked at my receipt. Wish I knew her name because she gave me a salad that was literally lettuce 1banana pepper and a slice of a tomato.
