Can’t say how the food was just wanted a $50 gift card after waiting for the manager @ 15 minutes I left. The girl at the counter was friendly, but had to wait for manger to do gc. Several people had been waiting for a while for their food, very slow and all the orders for one table did not come out at the same time I noticed @ 5 minutes apart.
Manger never did come to talk to me about the gift card. I won’t be back

If 10 stars was an option I would give them 10. No 1 million stars ! This Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell location in the whole world. Their customer service skills are unmatched in any field. Thank you to the amazing staff and team who helped make our wedding dream of late night Taco Bell come true.

On Wednesday, November 19th at 9:00 pm, I ordered 3 beef burrito supremes. I ate the first 2, and couldn’t believe how cold they were. I reached in the bag, and my 3rd burrito was unwrapped, and the tortilla was very stale. I’m a pretty steady customer, and this was very uncarictaristic of my past orders.

Our fries we stale and hard… I don’t see.how they think people won’t notice when they try to eat them that they are old and stale!!! Frustrating as heck. My tacos were good but totally ruined the meal with hard stale fries!!!

Horrible idea going inside to order. My granddaughter and I had waited about 10 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge we were standing at the till waiting for our orders to be taken. Once the order was taken, we’d waited about 20 minutes until we finally got our food. At this point there was about 2 or more people behind us waiting for their orders to be taken. When we got the food, it was cold and I was missing a taco. They focus more on the drive thru, rather than the people who go inside to order. Will NOT be returning unless they improve the service

Ravi, Bella and the crew were absolutely amazing. This Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell from BC to Ontario. It was extremely clean and the food was fresh and warm and the hard Taco shells were crispy and not stale. The employees made our visit as they were polite and attended to our needs. Do yourself a favor and drive to Taco Bell Amherstburg location for the best in food, atmosphere and friendly energetic team members.
