Hi Wendy’s, I usually enjoy eating here; however the last few times the guy giving out the food has been forgetting my sauce for my strip meal combo. This is very displeasing, especially when I paid extra for two sauces. And please get rid of the extra large drink when people say medium. This is too much even for someone of a huge stature to digest. Can you also add an adult meal that is similar to a kids meal in size and price?

This is by far my favorite Wendy’s to visit. It’s one I go out of my way to have and enjoy some downtime. The food is made fresh and the fries are hot. As good as the food is. It’s not wasted by the service. Which is congenial and actually performed with a smile.
The woman at the front counter was as pleasant as they come.
Reminded me of service from the yesteryear. Where employees actually were happy to see you.

Terribly rude staff, handed me the bag of food and slammed the window in my face and I waited there till they opened the window back up to ask me what I wanted, staring at me dumb founded when I ask for my drinks I ordered, a nother whole minute had to have passed for the thought to process. Not to mention the food was under cooked and stale, the get ai to take care of ordering but the inside can’t compute, go figure.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to! I have tried this location a few times and it is always a terrible experience. The customer service is non existent. I pulled up the window and it took 5 mins before they said anything to take my order. I ordered a Cobb salad, then I was told to pull forward. I waited in my car 10 minutes and walked inside and they were just sitting there in the back with a blank look on their faces like they did not want to walk out and hand me my food. I told the guy I was waiting for over 10 minutes so I wanted to come in and see what was going on. He said “Well it takes 12 minutes to make.” I get my salad and the chicken is completely cold and there are nasty wilted pieces of lettuce (you can see in the photo)! I thought they just made it fresh and that it took 12 minutes? This place is terrible the floors were filthy, the people are rude and the food is awful! Stay far away!!

I try to avoid this Wendys as much as possible even though its the most convenient for me to stop at. In the driverthrough They rely entirely too much on the automated system and I have issues every time i come in. I once absolutely struggled through a whole order, without anyone real chiming in to help. I apparently wasn’t using the right words for it to move to the next meal so it would modify the one i had already ordered. Or added the wrong thing to the meal. I know they were listening because when i made a comment about it the person said “ i could tell. ”

Unfortunately it takes way too long to get acknowledged when i try to come inside to avoid the drive thru frustrations and getting started by the system yelling “how can i help you”

This Wendy’s has been so slow forever. Besides that, I just ordered a wrap and there’s hardly anything in it. It’s not wrapped correctly or in the right packaging. It’s old, bottom of the barrel chicken. This is so lazy. Definitely not what I paid for.

Went from 2 to 1 atar. I stopped by again today just to get a salad because it’s hard to screw that up and they are 2 minutes from me. I got a southwest avocado salad. You know what’s not on my salad? Avocado. I mean seriously.

Pulled into drive thru was greeted by AI and I don’t use AI so I pulled up to the window, where I was greeted by the Mgr. asking me what did I need and I said place an order. He told me I had to do it with AI I told him I don’t do that and he said I had to. I repeated myself he said what do you want. I told him what my mom wanted. He gave me back the bag with chili on outside, & running down container. I had to wipe it off before pulling off. He comes back and says you need something else. I said no I’m wiping off this chili he slams the window. I pulled away as I drove down service road behind Wendy’s he comes out back door and yells don’t come back here no more.!!
There was rap music playing inside the restaurant he had to ask them to turn it down it was so loud.
He was rude disrespectful and shouldn’t be in any type of service period. He made it personal once he came to back door. Clearly an attitude problem and don’t like his job.
