I gave atmosphere a 4 Bevause it can feel and get crowded at the front of the store but the workers are very kind and helpful, the girl with red hair and face piercing makes the BEST matcha if you want matcha definitely make sure she is there!

Awful. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee, especially an Americano and a Caramel Macciato. Reason? After 5 minutes of shopping, we came back to pick them up, and there was an Americano on ice. I never said i wanted a cold one! When i said that, it was like i ruined the barista’s day. She then proceeds to fulfill 3 orders after us, and finally made ours correctly after 20 minutes. Also, the barista flooded the floor of the working area with suds. I hope no one got hurt. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

The heavier set balding guy that was working in the Greenville store on July 3rd at 2 o’clock called me his customer rude got very smart with me in front of other customers standing there. I questioned my order and he called me rude. Will never order again if he’s working. This my first time ever reporting anyone like this. Have always had wonderful service there

Update 8/30/25: I decided to give this location another try. I want to preface this that the employees generally cannot control this and the fault strictly falls back onto the manager and Starbucks! Ordered the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte with no special instructions just “as is” on the app. Went to pick up up…NO COLD FOAM. I ask the barista why it didn’t have it, she said the didn’t have all the ingredients to make the drink. STARBUCKS…WHY ARE WE BEING CHARGED $8 A DRINK WHEN WE DON’T EVEN GET ALL OF OUR DINK??! They would not give me a refund.
Super inconsistent with their drinks. Always understaffed and closed half the time. Allowing online orders when closed. Average wait time is 25 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Refunds are hard to get back. If you need coffee. Go local.

Very great team at this store sometimes there is a little bit of a wait time but only when super busy everyone always try there best and does a great job remember they are human too even when dealing with impatient difficult or rude people they still do their best to meet customer needs no need to point them out by what they look like physically remember they might have had a bad day other wise great place to stop in

With being extremely popular, understandably can be a long wait at times. But the staff is always working hard and work hard to make sure you feel welcome. I know that staffing is something that is out of their hands when corporations don’t want to put money to good use to have an appropriate number of baristas or hours for the business they bring in. So I’d say I have five stars for Starbucks 0 stars for Kroger. The staff is amazing and i know they have plenty of customers that love them too. It’s just a shame people are more likely to say negative things than positive.

Sent someone for a couple drinks because i couldn’t get away from work. Grabbed wrong drink same name. They rudly said its not their problem. Understandably and Cleary not their fault. However, coffee to them is cheap. It was nothing for them to remake it. Instead. Someone else probably got stiffed for their large pink drink and I paid double for a latte. I manage a place and would absolutely never treat a customer like that. Very poor customer service. Will take my buisness elsewhere.

There wasn’t anyone at Starbucks when I walked up to the counter. I waited a few minutes for the barista to come to the counter. When I started to order she told me she couldn’t help me for at least 15 minutes because “she had to take care of some stuff behind the counter”. Last time I checked you are supposed to be serving customers and I was the only customer! My business will be going to Dunkin’. I have given this place 3 tries and it’s always terrible service!
