My husband and I went in for lunch and the one lady was real pleasant and made my sub with the sauce on top of the vegetables the next lady who made my husbands sub was extremely rude and told my husband that we put the sauce on the bread now. Your employees need an attitude check will not return

Had only white and Italian bread. Got home with two subs, meats and veggies were fresh, bread was crumbly and rock hard. Would not recommend this location. Forgot to mention no cookies!!

Total joke.. went in.,standing in line., and instead of taking my order, the clerk jumped to a online order completely ignoring me. Left immediately don’t knw if I’m ever going back..

My wife and I came in to get some dinner. From time we walked in until we walked out with our order, we were treated very poorly by the ladies that were working. They seemed to be very rude and not sure why they had poor attitudes towards us as customers.

I usually don’t leave a review unless my experience is remarkable or horrible. And the experience I just had was the latter. When it was finally time to take my order after 15+ minutes of waiting, I was asked which sub I wanted 5 times between two employees and somehow they still managed to give me the wrong thing. I stated I wanted the “#24 fiery meatball” each time and by the end of the line she said “oh I heard #23” after I asked for extra marinara thinking the the meatballs were hidden under the pepperoni and salami. Still got charged $18 for a 6inch, two cookies a drink and a bag of chips. Ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered food on the app and only had two options for bread and the rest were out of stock. Get a notification the order was ready so I went to the pickup window. Waited a couple minutes and someone finally came to the window and acknowledged my pickup. I waited 10 minutes before I decided to go in. The person said they were out of the bread and something else. She said she was going to call but hadn’t gotten to it. Too hard to take a few steps to the window apparently. You would assume what they pay these people now that they would hire better employees.

Horrible customer service. Instead of acknowledging you messed up an order and offering to correct it the young man wanted to argue that steak and cheese subs and meatball subs are served cold unless marked toasted…in all my years ordering I have never received either of those subs cold. Not only did you lose on the sale and your tip…you also lost a customer.

i had placed a mobile order and therefore it was already paid for when i got there. i do this to save time and have less contact when possible. Their sign outside literally said “drive up window open”. i figured since it was raining pretty hard and i’ve already paid, the window would be the easiest option. i pulled up at my estimated time and rang the doorbell attached to the window. i continued to wait about 10-12 minutes thinking they must’ve been busy in the lobby. i continued to ring the bell every 5 minutes or so. i felt like i was being ignored, so i called them twice and the phone was never answered. at this point i decide it wasn’t worth it and went in. the restaurant was empty except for 1 customer. needless to say, i was upset. i haven’t had many positive experiences at this location with the staff but the sandwiches are still great. maybe consider having more than just 2 people working there at any given time. you get the business, provide the staff.

So I’m a little upset. Obviously the person working the front was new and struggling. I was patient and understood. But the woman who came out of the back knowing that the person out front had a line decided to stay in the back and talk on her phone laughing and carrying on. But yet decides to come out after hanging up rolling her eyes and saying “oh you can’t handle it for 10 minutes” actually I stood in line for 20 while you yacked on your phone. It’s a shame that you couldn’t hang up and help your coworker yet belittle her in front of customers.
