This was honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The employees were not friendly at all and seemed careless and disengaged throughout the entire process. My order felt rushed and poorly made, with little attention to detail or care put into it.

What’s especially disappointing is that Chipotle is usually known for consistency and decent customer service, but this visit was the complete opposite. The overall attitude and lack of effort really took away from the experience, and it didn’t feel welcoming in the slightest.

Unfortunately, this location left me feeling extremely unsatisfied and unlikely to return.

I have had many bad experiences here and I am finally giving up. My last order was a delivery order and they literally did not include 80% of the ingredients. I paid extra for guac and a tortilla, both were missing, in addition to other ingredients. What’s worse is there is basically zero genuine customer service support offered by Chipotle. Making it basically impossible to get any help or refund.

Updating this review so people are not mislead by Chipotle’s response below. I did reach out to their “customer support.” I have clearly and directly asked for a refund multiple times in our exchange and they have consistently responded indirectly with “free drink” and “free guac” special offers, despite me saying explicitly that I am no longer a Chipotle customer and that any type of “special offer” or “credit” is not a relevant or acceptable resolution. Unfortunately, I will likely have to dispute this charge with my bank since their “customer support” is set up to operate more like “customer defense.”

Be warned, we didn’t ask for guacamole, but we got charged for it. They’re gonna charge you extra for stuff you didn’t even order. Didn’t notice the charge until after the meal, but I’m glad I noticed it now.

If you order online, even if you ask for double protein they will give you much less than they are supposed to because you are not watching them do it and they are therefore held less accountable. As shown, that is how much I received when asking for double chicken. Even when digging around in the bowl for more there was none to be found.

I usually like chipotle but was very hesitant to go to this location in my neighborhood because of all the negative reviews. Finally did and I’m so glad I did.

Customer Service:
The staff is extremely friendly. The person who made my meals and the one at checkout and replenishing food at counter were both very courteous and welcoming.

Food and ambience:
Food is usual chipotle good. All ingredients were fresh.
The store can definitely use some cleaning but overall I was happy I went here.

I come here once or twice a week or enough to accumulate 9,000 rewards points. Chipotle is a great option since it’s fast and won’t shave 7 years off your live everytime you have it and usually things go well but when they don’t they really don’t.

I get the same thing every time, brown rice, black beans, brisket, cheese, sour cream. I don’t know what was happening today but I received half scoops across the board. I had one couple ahead of me and one person behind me so it’s not like your busy enough to start rationing.

With Panda opening next door you probably should start trying to give people fair amounts of food to try and retain customers instead of driving them off to other businesses. Probably won’t be back which is sad since this is a regular for me but at this point.. not worth the money.

the only chipotle close in my area & an awful experience every time — yesterday was my final straw. walked in with my friend who’s in town visiting around 2pm, they had nothing.. no meat except chicken, all staff was sitting around doing nothing. i asked them how long until the steak is ready, veggies, guac etc. they said no one was making any of that bc they had a rush this morning. ice machine broke, no soda, no care in the world to accommodate or help in anyway and had the audacity to give ME attitude. don’t include no lame auto reply “sorry about that please contact us” either. this one should be shut down until they figure it out.

Dirty, slow and messy service. I won’t be back to this location until management is fired and new leaders actually lead their teams. Definitely the worst location for Chipotle. Avoid at all costs – I wanted the guacamole in my burrito.

WHERE IS VEGGIES ??!!!

This place has good food quality, but they are a joke when prepping your orders accurately and putting half portion of the normal size!!!
It is the second time they don’t put veggies on our both order placed online and not informing us properly despite picking up inside!!!

Pepper- chat assistant is useless, only adds free drinks as a courtesy ! We don’t want a free drink, we need our food as ordered. If location is running out of the items they need to inform customer! It is happening with online orders!! Check your order before leaving this location!

BTW, they will mark your order as ready, not even start working on it because the online order guy was late to his shift…This is what he told me.

Went in at 7:30pm, they were out of brown rice, black beans, the pinto beans were old and dry, they were out of steak, and were running low of the other meats besides chicken. The work station was a mess, with food in other containers, so every bite of my bowl held a surprise ingredient. This was my first visit, and I cannot understand how a newer location is doing so bad.
