Stopped in for lunch, the employees were really friendly. My food was ready quickly, everything tasted really fresh. This location also has a 99 Health sanitation score which you don’t see very often in chain pizza places. Will definitely be back for lunch again

Everything was cold. Had an original delivery time of 35-40 min.. ended up being almost an hour. Mozzarella sticks were soggy and cold, pizza was Luke warm at best, cheese sticks had a ‘rubber’ pull instead of cheese.. they were soggy with condensation. Why would you put hot mozzarella sticks in plastic container is beyond me..

New to the area so getting to know new restaurants and of course the chains that are everywhere. Found out the chains are NOT all the same. Pizza Hut for example is ok where we used to live…here in Mebane it’s Great! The staff is so polite and the pizza is always to our specifications. Nice to know your order will ne quick and accurate. I paid $1 for a side of marinara. This is the cup size. Are you serious? These used to be $0.50 and TRIPLE the size. I get paying $1 for the normal sized cup, but this tiny cup for $1 is unacceptable. And the “pan” crust wasn’t pan. Little Caesars is cheaper, bigger, and better. Never again.

We ordered Baconators. Horrible! Take a look at what they offer as a burger with 6 slices of Applewood bacon! More like grill scraping! We complained, but nothing was done. We asked for a refund but were refused. We won’t be back. Manager was surly and rude.

I’m not happy after getting a carry-out from here. I love Pizza Hut but they aren’t good at making custom pizzas. An hour back, I ordered an Ultimate Cheese Lovers customised to have marinara sauce instead of white garlic sauce. They gave me the standard one with white sauce (photo attached)
I repeated the order 3 times and the lady read back to me. Everything was noted down perfectly. But why wasn’t it made that way?
Am I supposed to open the box there and check what sauce is there in my pizza?
A very common problem not at just this PH location but other locations as well throughout the US. 6/10 times, the custom pizzas turn out to be different than the order.

We called our order in. Asked for THICK crust and picked up the pizza, got home, THIN crust. That was 3 weeks ago.
My wife went to the store, once again ordered beef and pepperoni THICK crust. Got home THIN crust.
Why is it so damn hard to get a simple order right? I’d understand if we ordered 10 things and they got one wrong but one damn thing. I even understood when we called in and got some damn call center that seemed to not understand or speak much English. But geez.. face to face and they still can’t get it right.

I ordered tow large pizza one ten crispy and the other one was chess with chicken. First their delivery driver were not able to find my address. When she arrived after long wait the pizza were completely row as you see it on the photos.

This is one sorry place to go to. This is my first and last time going. Order my food at 4:11pm and I know I was going to late getting it, I got there at 5:25pm and l call them to let them know I was outside and waited for someone to bring my order($37.04 order) to my vehicle and watch them talking in front to one another then call again 10 minutes later want to know whats going on. So I went in to get my order. Pizza very cold, I know on that part I was late getting but no extra cheese on my pizza, then they forgot to give me my cheesestick had to go back to get it the lady said oh, the right their cheese burnt. Ask about what can be done for a refund they look at me like im crazy!
