Ordered online for pickup. The order was ready on time but now I know why. When I got to my destination I found that only three of the four sandwiches I ordered were in the hermetically sealed bag.
I called the store to let them know and they told me the sandwich was sitting there. It’ had already been about a half hour and would be 45 minutes until I got back there to get my food so I requested a fresh sandwich and the employee agreed to make one. He threw in one cookie for my trouble.
I go back, get my sandwich, and find that it is on old, stale bread. It literally cut my mouth and gums to shreds. My kid ate the cookie and I’m spitting blood.

I have never seen this restaurant look so inhabitable! I live in the area and my husband and I come here often.. sometimes I order his lunch for pick up. I can’t imagine ever ordering food from here again without being here to make sure I’m not served this garbage

Today was my first time meeting Kaiser and he is also top tier. Because of those two I will continue to patronize this location.

Let me start by saying Jersey mikes as a whole is fantastic. My employees and I eat JM more than 95% of customers, so I know it’s a good company with good food. With that being said, this location couldn’t represent the brand more poorly if they tried. This location is frequently dirty, the sub station is EXTREMELY sub par, and the staff is by far the worst I’ve ever come across. I know the owner of some of the other local JM’s and they’re FAR superior.. please don’t let this horrible location steer you away from JM.
With that being said, it should NOT take 3 people and 25 minutes to get the bill correct. Initially overcharging, then undercharging, and ultimately overcharging once again. The beauty of ordering JM as much as I do? I can go right in the app & see what it should cost based on my 100+ other identical orders.
After explaining to the manager that they charged us for chips and drinks (we didn’t order any chips OR drinks) he finally dropped his crappy attitude and said “you’ll get a refund in about 3 days.” Well done Jersey mikes, well done. Fantastic service across the board… NOT.
At this point, this location should just be closed down.. they’re a stain on an otherwise amazing brand. Somebody needs to step in and step up, do better. Never again.

This is my first and the last time I’m eating from Jersey Mike’s sauce. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich regular all what I tasted salt and hot sauce no flour at all complete rubbish. Plus, place is dirty bathroom are dirty

Great Customer Service! Jack treated me warmly and respectfully. The sandwiches were tasty and the shop was clean. We were working late and I ran out to get a late dinner. I walked in 15 minutes before closing to place an order. I promptly and courteously received my food and was on my way. I appreciate this Elk Grove location. Thank you Jack for your patience, professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.

I witnessed a young African American man in the back of your restaurant smoking what appeared to be a marijuana vape pen. I came in shortly after and he took my order his eyes where red and he appeared to be under the influence (sleepy look in his eyes kinda spacey) I think he was high while at work witch is unexpectable as a consumer i should not have to be exposed to situations like this that make me feel uneasy 0/10 would recommend
