Very disappointed with this order. We bought multiple pizzas from Domino’s and found a long hair in the food — extremely disgusting and unacceptable for a place serving food. On top of that, the pizza sticks were stuck to the box (see picture), showing very poor quality control. Also, please do not cut pepperoni/pork pizzas with the same cutter as the veggie pizza. This is basic food handling and hygiene. Terrible experience and needs serious improvement.

I order the two large pizzas and because I ordered over the phone system I did not receive the discount they offer when you order online.
Was that said Domino’s is most certainly improved over the years however particular location did not put hardly enough portions for the price that I paid for the pizza.
The Pacific and the chicken barbecue. This is something that unfortunately caused the pizza to have very little flavor to it mostly taste like eating plain bread.
I will say the barbecue Pizza turned out really good as far as taste in the barbecue but the toppings were so little that I will think twice before ordering again.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite but very dry and how she communicated homeless like she did not really like doing her job but was at least trying..
I can’t comment on the atmosphere because I ordered over the phone.
I could have used your automated system but I did not however their automated ordering system is actually very good compared to other systems out there.
For the price I paid and what I received I most certainly don’t feel like I got value however if I was only paying $9.99 for the pizza I think it would have been okay.
Because of that if I ever order again it’s most certainly going to be done online

Had to throw a review in the mix as I rarely eat pizza but it’s NFL season and well, we wanted Domino’s. I looked up the closest location to me, found this store, ordered and picked up the pizza & wings in less than 15 minutes. It was delicious! Exactly what you expect from a classic dominos pizza. I typically like what I get when I order from this Domino’s, but I’m really unhappy with them frequently turning off orders on the Domino’s App or website, but then not getting any kind of notification to the fact while trying to place the order. All you end up getting is a generic error.
Edit: Original review was on 10/13/25 and I am trying again on 10/18/25 with the same issue. They additionally did not answer the phone so we could figure out the issue.
Edit 2: This location is permanently closed. Additionally they gave this area to the Domino’s on TV Hwy, which causes errors on the app due to the Cornell/Bethany location being closer.

The female working today with hair to her waste NEEDS to have it up or in a hair net. Having a visor on then your hair over your shoulder 2 inches from a pizza is not sanitary. Next time I will ask someone else to make it or solve the issue. If it’s not addressed I will take it to food safety personal. FULL STOP.
Couldn’t hurt if she actually acknowledged customers walking in too. She stared right at me looked around like is someone else gonna do this? With 1 pizza to be made, not busy. Several minutes l8r a driver ended up helping me. If you don’t want to work customer service then don’t.

Next order called to change order after placed. 10 min on hold no one answered.
Then I recall what I thought was a phone ringing when in store. No one paid attention to it so I assumed it was not.
Now I know it was and they str8 up will not answer the phone.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery through the Domino’s app. When they arrived nearly all the toppings were slid off into the front of the boxes and they were cold.
The app then would not let me report the issue, so I submitted a customer service claim. Three weeks later and still no contact from anyone to make it right.

Domino’s is great, but this location is awful. This location’s delivery fee has ballooned to $8, so I opted for carryout. Arrived 2 minutes after getting a text that my order was ready, only to be told that they accidentally put one of my pizzas in someone else’s order, so I had to wait for them to make another one. Left the store 30 minutes later with one hot and one cold pizza.
It’s clear that management of this location is to blame. The employees were trying to keep up, but they were understaffed and barely trained. Employee at the register couldn’t figure out how to add a 2 liter to one customer’s order. Another employee prepping the pizzas was yelling across the kitchen asking what toppings are supposed to go on a certain specialty pizza. During dinner rush, there was one employee doing prep, one working the oven, and one… I can only describe as wandering around looking at receipts trying to figure out what is going on.
Also, do not order their new tots. $7 for a handful of tots with missing bacon and sauce, and burnt cheese.

Multiple issues with past orders, inconsistent quality, randomly stops delivery to area. Needs new management or revocation of franchise license ASAP. Dominos corporate, Hope you are looking at this location as it reflects very poorly on the brand.

This place has gone downhill fast in the last 6 months. Ive had all kinds of problems the last 3 times Ive ordered from missing sides (wings, bread), exploding soda bottles, ridiculous waiting times and tonight was a combination of cold pizza and toppings that slid off to the side from a bubble that formed while in the oven. Im done with this place. At least with Papa Murphys I can get a hot pizza out of my own oven and a heck of a lot faster!
