Not much to write home about. Sub par quality for the price. Only stopped in on a whim since I was driving through the area. Atmosphere is okay, nothing above average. I ordered the spicy salmon roll to play it safe (it wasn’t) expecting the classic assembly of: spicy salmon, rice, seaweed. You know, as you would assume a spicy salmon roll would be. The menu didn’t have any specifics about the item so I had not reason to anticipate getting a roll filled with bread crumbs (questionable if so). The whole thing made me suspicious of the quality of the raw fish, regardless of it being a minimal amount of it due to the filler, so I decided to toss my breadcrumb roll in the bin. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known it had gluten in it regardless, loved one has an allergy to it.

Had an amazing time here! The menu is huge, with a ton of fun choices, the service was excellent, and the food was so good. I am a really big fan of sushi, and I was so impressed by theirs! We immediately planned our next trip here because the food was so good. My husband had the curry, and loved it just as much as I loved the sushi. This was an excellent experience.

This was the BEST hibachi we have ever had. We are incredibly impressed by the quality of everything we ate down to the sauces. Everything was cooked perfectly. The inside of the crab Rangoon was melt in your mouth and it was fried to perfection, most I’ve had are too crunchy and overcooked. Every bite of our meal was like heaven in your mouth. Great portions, plenty of leftovers. 100% recommend dining at Blue Fin.

I mentioned that I’m gluten free. It’s just a sensitivity but it made me feel welcomed. They are open on holidays!! Came on the 4th of July and it was not busy at all which is so thankful. Just tell them if you have a question as they will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The service was fantastic. The person who seats you, typically grabs water for you as well. The wait for the waiter to come, was not too extensive and bearable. I went around 3 PM and it was not very busy. I was seated immediately, and I ordered maybe 5 to 7 minutes after taking a seat. I ordered the salmon rolls and shrimp. Sushi rolls. I would definitely visit this place again, if I come back to mentor again for other reasons.

My son treated me to lunch here Monday, he had to work on Mothers day. It was the 1st time for both us. I ordered an appetizer of gyoza and my son ordered crab Rangoon. Both were very good. For my entree I ordered 2 sushi rolls, spicy shrimp and a spicy crab. It came with a salad. The spicy crab was the best one for sure!! My son ordered the hibachi shrimp bento box. He chose soup over the salad. He loved his meal! We will be going back again!!

Will keep coming back. We typically order out delivery, but today decided it was worth dining in. I’m currently on diet restriction, and they custom made us an udon soup that was very good in miso broth. Honest atmosphere answer, it’s really cold out, I could have used a little more heat, but I’ll just double up my socks next visit, because the food and service was worth it. Thank you!

Our family has dined in and had take out many many times. We have stopped ordering take out because in our opinion the employees make smaller sushi rolls and portions for people ordering take out but charge the same. To me this is bad business. So now we dine in only. We love being sat at booths when we go out but the booths don’t allow much belly room if you are not a slim body frame and I don’t think the employees take this into account when they are seating customers.
Our most recent visit was yesterday for dinner. When we got there, there was only 2 other groups of 2 there for dinner. We were sat at a booth which was a tight fit and the temperature was very comfortable but then they started to get busier and turned the temp down a lot so by the end of dinner it was colder. You could tell they were falling behind. They kept pumping out takeout orders while us customers sat without getting drinks or orders taken. A customer actually went and brought waters to people. Please staff your business better.
We ordered salads, Crab Rangoon, crazy angels, ydm roll, and hibachi. I love their ginger dressing on their salads, their crab Rangoon is so thin and delicate with a nice amount of filling, Crazy angels is my go to order (you just get larger and better looking rolls dining in here which again bad business, the ydm roll my husband is a huge fan of. As for the hibachi that my husband ordered, we completed all our food and still waited 20 mins before my husband’s hibachi came out. At that point, we just asked for a box and the bill. We love this place. There are aspects they can work on and that’s my hope that they read this and improve. Please stop making your take out rolls smaller because we don’t always have time or are healthy enough to want to be out in public. I have included a picture of crazy angels with ydm in the background from last night. I wish I had an old picture of the same as a take out but for those of you that have ordered take out, I’m sure you can attest that they are not the same. We will continue to dine in occasionally but won’t ever order take out again.
