If you live in the county and don’t wanna go too far into the city for some good Yok, THIS is the place. There are other good Yok places, but they ware way deep into the hood so if that’s not your thing, come here. I high recommend the shrimp yakamein with extra onions. Also, got the chicken wings with rice, which was fine but not that much different from other places but that Yok…that was worth it.

The quality of my food fell short of expectations.
It contained too many large onions that were not chopped uniformly. Furthermore, the food was cold upon serving. After contacting the manager, they acknowledged the issues and offered to take the food back. However, given my circumstances, I chose not to pursue this option and instead suggested improvements for future service.

I admit the restaurant is very cold. Ignore that. Get the crab wontons. idc what else you order. get those crab wontons, don’t bother sharing, and enjoy the crunchiest outside with the fluffiest inside not to mention like 3 times the filling most places do.
also got the dumplings and they meet/slightly exceed expectations. hot and sour soup is wonderful. the chicken/pork/shrimp fried rice is also great.

Tried Sun Wah and the Chinese food there tasted authentic fr. The prices are fair and the portions are huge too. Everything tastes fresh especially the seafood dishes. Service was polite too

This is the best shrimp egg foo young I’ve had in years. I don’t like a lot of gravy. The gravy is at the bottom so I can see my shrimp egg foo young. It taste ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS . The price is great and so are the portions. Very friendly staff. Parking is decent but can get crowded.

Ordered the appetizer off of uber eats which consist of 2 wings 2 crab wonton 2 shrimp egg rolls 2 shrimp toast and 2 spare rib tips and the food was greasy the rib tips which I didn’t realize come dry looked burnt and dried out the egg rolls looked doused in oil to the point that i dodnt have to squeeze or even apply pressure and it was running in the corner of the plate fhe wobton tasted of just just cream cheese and the shrimp did not look appetizing at all the wings were bland and a bit oily as well i even went there physically to give them a chance to remake it but nope this will be my first and last time oredering from here

Drove all the way from Montgomery county 45 minutes to go to sun wah had to try the viral Baltimore yak mein omg it was delicious everything was fresh and hot my friend had the chicken box with fried rice usually I have to put soy sauce in my rice but not this one it’s one of the best fried rice I tasted the half and half was just right also I wish they were closer I’m in love lol and it’s just casual Chinese but it’s so good
