Lady was a little rude at first until I realized that was just her personality. Dorito nacho was so good. My pickles in my sandwich had a chemical taste to it. I’m not sure if it was from the diesel pump though.

My route hasn’t brought me through the area in a while – looks like there’s new staff. Was really impressed with a young lady named hannah. She was incredibly professional, and prompt even during a busy rush with no help. she handled everything with a calm friendly attitude and kept the line moving.

A very nice place to get subs for cheap, good selection of meats and vegetables as well as condiments. Decent selection of fountain drinks. The prices are really well laid out and the menu is easy to read. The service is great and the people are friendly. A very good food joint. Need food quick and only have $5 you can get a good sub.

First, I’d like to say that nothing I am about to say applies to the employees of the Pilot here. They handled things well with what they have and where very polite.
This subway however is problematic at best. No one knows the work hours here. There is a sign written on the door that says “Mon – Fri open 12pm to 3pm. Sat & Sun closed” walked in at 2:10 pm on a Monday, today, and they were closed. Yet, all the food was still behind the glass with no coverings whatsoever.
There are truck stops on the other side of the highway with more accommodations. More showers, food options, and laundry rooms. This pilot has 3 shower rooms and a Subway, and it was the Subway as well as the available parking that attracted me to this location. If that’s the only saving grace of your location, be open. You’re costing your company money and wasting my time. Whomever is in charge, you’re in desperate need of solving serious communication problems.

Absolutely amazing staff here. The young lady who waited on me was awesome and kind and friendly. She talked with me the whole I ordered my subs. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. If I could of rated it 10. I would have. I wish I would of got her name. Thanks subway!.

The employees were arguing with the gas station staff, the wait time was long, there was a new employee who didn’t know how to make the food by himself upfront, and the food itself was very mediocre at best. Wouldn’t go back.

I would give them fewer stars but every now and then I am pleasantly surprised to encounter an employee who DOESN’T hate working there and makes a really good sub…That said, far too often I get stuck with an employee who treats me like they are doing me a favor by being there to make my food. I’m not sure why they keep the old crab *ss there, maybe she’s better with the truckers? Who knows. I will say that my last visit wasn’t horrible, the sweet little redhead made not only a delicious sub but it was actually picture perfect! Find more like her and this will be my go to subway! Their hours are better than the one in town so I can still have subway even if it’s late.

Nice staff, but subway keeps raising prices. If I’m going to spend $8 on a sub it’s not going to be at subway. There is too many other places to get subs that are better, or bigger, or cheaper. Subway is a waste, they aren’t some gourmet sub restaurant. They are low end with high prices. I’m out. Never going back to any subway.
