My friends and I found this place on TikTok and were excited about how close it was to us. We got the chicken waffle sandwich and two chicken sandwiches. It was great, the chicken was crispy and had no fatty pieces. We also got two blue Hawaii drinks and it was good and sweet. I like the kiosk, I can see the full menu up close to decide what to eat. The worker was very nice and always smiled when talking to us. I definitely plan on coming back !

I work in public transportation and I pass this place at least 10 times a day and always wanted to check it out so today I did and I have mixed feelings. To start off you walk into a small clean place to order from a kiosk with very enticing pictures all seems good. But there’s a bit of deception behind those pictures. I order a four piece chicken and it said legs and wings and fries for $12. But I didn’t expect to get 2 legs and a wing cut in half. So I basically paid four extra bucks for 2 wing dings. Then I ordered the chicken curry katsu because the picture had a large crispy chicken BREAST in it. But when I recieved my food it was like popcorn chicken and no breast. The best thing from my whole experience was the cajun season they used but then again they only coated the top of the chicken so when you got to the other side it was not as flavorful. And for a fried chicken places it doesn’t smell like anything so im curious to know how they are frying the food

I have read reviews about the Malden Bam Bam Bam Chicken raving about the chicken and the friendly staff but I have a different take on the place. I have been there several times now. The kiosk pricing is confusing.
The staff aren’t friendly so there’s no service with a smile and when I see comments about friendly staff they must be reviews from people who know them personally
Lastly, the chicken. Now I like fried chicken which is why I have come back but I must say their chicken must be fried while frozen because the meat most times can be kind of rubbery which is the consistency you get when you cook meat frozen.
It’s not bad but it’s not great. It’s okay if your hungry and want to eat something in a pinch.
I have dined in and taken out.

Good chicken sandwiches. I went close to midnight and they were still open. Nice service. Hot food. The spicy tenders were a little overcooked and the size of the regular tenders wasn’t consistent (one was humongous, the other small), but taste-wise I liked everything. I recommend the sandwiches the most. Great new addition to Malden!

Quiet and clean street corner shop next to the T station. Tried the bbq braised pork sandwich and it was flavorful, so delicious that I even forgot to take pics of it. The food was coming out fast and the passion fruit lemonade was refreshing. Definitely worth a try.
