Everyone here is phenomenal. The food was amazing. We do not eat fast food as a general rule. But we stopped by a couple months ago on a trip. Now when we pass through, my boys ask to stop. Not a problem. We stop. Always friendly. Always delicious.

Jacks at 3507 Retail Dr, Phenix City, AL 36869 ordered 2 fried chicken sandwichs and regular fries. Got order at drive thru opened the wrapper and saw a grilled chicken patty deep fried, pickles, no mayo. Went back through the drive thru again told them the issue there was no crust, no mayo on the sandwich. They said this is how we do it. I said no you are doing it wrong. The chicken needs to be battered and fried… they said what’s that?? Who hired these people? Who trained them for the job?

I go to Jacks on Retail Dr pretty often, mainly for Breakfast but for some reason this morning seems like communication was off before I arrived I checked the menu and I saw where they had a flap Jack Deal with iced coffee for 6.99 I ordered that because I usually order just the flap jacks with egg and bacon. When I asked for the Deal with iced coffee I was told that they didn’t have the deal with iced coffee so I ordered just coffee with my breakfast I guess I was a little confused because I saw the menu on my phone.Never the less I felt very bad I could here them discussimg my order. When I received my order by the time I got home (I only live 5 minutes from your restaurant)my food was cold and the only thing that was hot was my coffee.To sum everything up Good Customer Service is very important when serving the public.

Went in around 7:40 PM and ordered a burger and fries for dine in. The inside of this restaurant is so beautiful, never seen anything like it. It was also very clean. EVERYTHING was SO fresh and hot! The burger was so flavorful, juicy, and cheesy. Let me not get started on the fries! They were PIPING hot and nice and salty. This is the best fast food experience I’ve ever had, and the staff were very welcoming. I will be back!

I would frequent this place when it first opened. Service and food was always great. Went today and it was terrible. Ordered a breakfast wrap, got a spoonful of eggs and a 1/4 of a sausage patty. It was so bad that it was funny But never, ever getting my money ever again. They need to bring back the girl with the glasses, this is awful.

We went thru the drive in and ordered two large unsweet teas. When we received them the ice had already melted. I asked for 2 cups of ice since there was no ice and the temp outside was in the 90’s… they wouldn’t give us a cup of ice without charging for it! How ridiculous! The worker asked someone who appeared to be a manager and she said we’d have to pay for it because it’s on the register! How greedy! We drove away and went to Chick fil A, where they gave us several cups of ice for FREE! Earlier in the day, we went to Zaxby’s for this same order and the manager gave us two large cup of iced tea AND a large cup of ice for FREE! Customer service goes a LONG way. We’ve been very loyal Jack’s customers, but we’ll never go back to this location! No wonder very few people were there! Greedy!
