This burger spot was such a refreshing find! The burgers are high quality, made fresh, and full of flavor. The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the fountain drinks were perfectly balanced. I also loved that they offer a variety of dipping sauces for the fries — a great touch.
We tried the cookies and cream and Belgian chocolate ice cream, and both were excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, with cozy outdoor seating that made the experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend giving this place a try!

This place is an absolute must-stop! The burgers were incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. And the Gelato was an added bonus.
The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Eureka Springs, this place is definitely worth checking out. We’ll be back for sure!

Great burgers and fries. The burgers are made from quality meat and the fries are actually fried in beef tallow so they have great flavor while being soft on the inside and super crunchy on the outside.
The only cons I can think of is that the side sauces are $1.50 for the tiniest container, and prices are high.
For two people getting burgers, fries, drinks, and a sauce was $43.00. If you are in the mood for a good burger then this place is good. But the price is just too high in my opinion. Otherwise it would be 5/5 stars.

Stumbled upon this place on vacation after going to Onyx Cave and it was amazing!!! Gelato + burgers + fries = the perfect place! Sweet potato fries are the crispy fave! The Brioche bun burgers were the best we’ve had! Love the choice of fry sauces. Wish we had one in KC! Try the wagyu beef burger!

Celebrating mine and my wife’s 2 year anniversary last night and decided to go here as she picked it. Let me tell ya…..I’m pretty sure that Royale Burger I got clogged an artery and im HERE FOR IT!!! Big Back Energy in the best way…..didn’t try the Gelato but will for sure next time. One of the top 3 burgers I’ve ever had, if not the best. Hands down will go here every single time I come to Eureka Springs now…..
My only complaint is that the Garlic Aioli sauce tasted like just a bunch of mayo mixed with something else that im not quite sure what it was. Wasn’t a fan of that sauce but they had a good handful of sauce options so maybe next time I will choose my backup choose the Hot Honey to try…..

Hands down, the best smashburgers we have ever had. And the fries are phenomenal…gotta love the beef tallow! The staff is super friendly, and the dipping sauces definitely deliver. The onions and the lettuce go thru the slicer and are paper thin, and the burgers are perfectly seasoned. Went back for a second round the next night!

We were hungry when entering eureka springs so we searched the best burger and Pauly’s came up. So we decided to give a try and it didn’t disappoint. Wife loved the bun. 🙂 🙂

The burgers were tasty and the staff were great, but it’s a little pricey for burgers and fries… and that’s before the added price of Wagyu. The burgers are kinda small so I didn’t understand the inflated cost. Other than that, it’s good food.

Very rarely am I suprised at the quality or taste of a restaurants burger, however, Pauly’s shocked me! I was very impressed with the quality of meat, taste, and over all flavor of their food! 10/10 would return! Staff was very friendly and helpful (not to mention kinda funny) but overall a great experience!
