I mean… they must have filled my entire cup with whipped cream that I didn’t ask for because it was only half full before I even had my first sip. Pretty ridiculous to pay $7 for a small drink that is half full.

7am order 11/15/25. Went in to pick up my to go order & I was standing at the pickup counter waiting for breakfast sandwiches.
My name was announced and the worker approached me with my sandwiches, said my name, I had my hands fully extended to grab them he looked me in the eye and dropped them from at least 1 ft in the air onto the counter and completely disregarded me reaching out to him. He then turned around and said nothing else. So not only did he not pass them directly to me as Im standing there reaching out, he literally dropped them in front of my face from way too high up in the air. When I looked at the sandwiches they were completely misplaced and looked like they were thrown into the package. Unacceptable behavior and work ethic.
This guy needs some serious help if he wants to be in the service industry, he will ruin your reputation. Do better, be kind. Please, thank you, your welcome, have a nice day go a long way.

’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I usually come here for my drinks and have never had an issue before, but my order was completely wrong. When I brought it up, the baristas did help, but you could clearly see the irritation on their faces. It felt like they didn’t care about customer service at all. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated with respect and get the orders they paid for.

NEVER QUICK, we try ordering ahead on the app, we’ve tried just going in and it doesn’t matter… slow and inconsistent. I’ve never, NEVER had to wait over 20 min for 2 items in any store despite how busy they are. I’ve tried this place over 5times and EVERY time it’s slow.

No matter how crazy the morning rush gets, the team at this location keep their cool and get it done! Mary rocks her setup no matter where she is, and the entire team remains as sweet as their pastries when people act like bitter shots. I could hit a drive thru, but then I wouldn’t get the personable touch they throw in with every visitor. This location rocks!

Terrible service. Very rude barista acts like her job is extremely hard. I tried to call asking for the name of the rude girl just so people are aware and can avoid her. Someone answered the phone to the coffee shop and said her name is “David”. She is short with dark hair. Please take action remind your staff of professionalism.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop and i love all the shops but this location is the best… we always go drive thru and for some reason we went here…The employees are very friendly and so helpful with your order. Their lids has cute stickers on it too…

This store must be short staffed. Service is non existent. The cashier is spending time washing customer cups for use for an order instead staying on the register leaving people wondering who, or if anyone is gonna take their order because the rest of the employees are making drinks and pretending like they don’t see the customers waiting in line. I heard someone ask for a cup of ice and the woman at the hand out counter made him to wait in line to place an order for ice and the guy ended up leaving because there was no one at the register to take his order for a cup of ice (after he had already received his two drinks). Obviously something was wrong with one of his drinks but no one seemed to care.
