There really isn’t any atmosphere to speak of. Besides the owner. Just the bare necessities which is fine.
And I don’t know how it’s possible considering the cheese and garlic bread but the meatball sub had zero discernible flavors. The meatballs on their own were bland.

Great food, bad service day they had. The middle age woman with her hair in a bun treated the DoorDash guy who came in like trash. He was just doing his job and repeating the request of the customer and that snap back was unprofessional and uncalled for. That is the kind of attitude that will make me visit another location moving forward. Nobody wants to be treated poorly when they are just trying to do their job and earn a check. The poor guy was obviously neurodivergent and that triggered a really uncomfortable moment for him.
Edit: I realize that staff member may have just been having a bad or off day. I don’t think that’s her usual self. We’ve all had today days but if we remind ourselves about how we all want to be treated, we may not find ourselves treating others in a negative way.

I did a pickup order online. The person behind the counter was nice an welcoming. She made sure that my order was fully there and complete before I left the store. The food was amazing and filling. I enjoyed the chicken parmesan. Will definitely be back

Decided to try something different tonight and found By the Bucket online. The place is small and was a little hard to find but was totally worth it. I ordered the Middle bucket with meatballs. The garlic bread was good, but would have preferred more garlic as well as more spices in the meatballs as they seemed a little bland but we just like it spicy. The portions were very generous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back and will refer it to others!

My brother and I went in for a quick meatball sub sandwich at lunch and were very impressed! They have a small menu, but they have perfected everything on it. The bread was crispy, the sauce had great flavor, the meatballs were excellent, and there was the perfect amount of cheese to coat every bite. I have been referring people here for months without ever trying it, and today, I finally got to see what it was about. The owners were friendly, and thanked us for our business. They are an order-to-go restaurant, but we walked across the parking lot to Bashas and ate in their dining area. This restaurant is an excellent option for someone looking for a great meatball sub or to buy a quick meal for a party/event. You won’t be disappointed! See you again soon!

This location impressed me. The food was hot when we got home, which almost never is. The sauce was really tasty. The meatballs and sausage were so tender and flavorful. I will definitely add sausages again.
We also had the Familia sald with Italian dressing and was a perfect mix of fresh greens and tomatoes. I would add that again. I feel like this location was maybe a bit cheaper since I added more this time and the price difference was appx $10 more. Also the only location open on Sunday and it was my birthday. Spaghetti dinner was my choice. I traveled from Chandler and will do it again!

First time trying this place. Service was very friendly and nice. Im disappointed in the portioning, it seems they weigh the spaghetti with the meatballs which already cost extra so with the four meatballs we got we ended up with very little spaghetti. Not happy with that at all. The meatballs are yummy. The sauce is good. The noodles arent homemade so theyre not that great. But all in all this is a great dinner option for a busy weekday supper being fast and affordable. I will come again

Meatballs are really good! Big and tender. Marinara is very chunky (which i do not like). I wish they offered different types of spaghetti like angel hair. The chicken Parmesan tastes like something out of a Tyson bag of Frozen breaded chicken. Lots of cheese was a plus. Garlic bread is super good.
