It took me half an hour to cross the border just for Dunkin’, only to find very few options left. It was understandable since I went at 8 PM, and they close at 9 PM. Unfortunately, the donuts we bought tasted stale. I was really craving the choco butternut donut, so I asked my friend to get one before he come visit. He got there at 8 AM, it was already sold out! I really hope they stock more of it.

I ordered a large cappuccino through mobile order and the cup was only half full. And most recently I got a medium cold brew and the cup contained so much ice I couldn’t even push the straw into it. For almost $4 a beverage I expect better.

Friendly, pleasant, helpful staff. Very genuine. The sincere well wishes between staff and customers, many called by name was very heart warming. Certainly boosted my day. Food was super hot and fresh. Huge breakfast sandwich and the croissant was nice and very flaky.

I generally Love coming to dunkin’ donuts it was 9:18 on March 19th there was no one in line yet the two working the window and drive-thru seem to have an attitude unmatched by any they glared at me basically throwing the food to me and slamming the door without so much as a response to my thank-yous. Step the game back up guys. Customer service and personality is everything!

Staff was great. Fairly tastless vs. what they used to taste like. Obviously, they have cheapened the ingredients and portions in their doughnuts. Really, it’s not worth the calories.

the food is honestly hit or miss for me. the donuts are dry unless they are filled, besides the original glaze, which is delicious. the refreshers are too sweet, but are way better once the ice starts to melt.
