First time trying Saucy, and I’ve been waiting to try it! Honestly, this location was pretty good in terms of the atmosphere, the fresh and hot food, and the service! While this one doesn’t have as much decor as the Alafaya Trl location, it is overall still a great, clean location and I would definitely come back again

Everything was amazing! Briana was awesome! Customer service was outstanding! The food was really good! My favorite was the jalapeño ranch sauce! Along with the puffies for dessert! I will def be back! Honestly they blow that other place out of the water!

Highly recommended. This was our family’s third visit, driven by the consistently good food and exceptional service. The manager is remarkably proactive; even when the store is quiet, he makes an effort to check in on the dining experience.
During today’s visit, the rice in our bowls was undercooked and hard. When the manager checked on us at our outdoor table, we mentioned the issue. He immediately offered a free replacement. While I was refilling my drink inside, he proactively updated me that the new bowl would be ready in about three minutes. He later came outside specifically to ensure the replacement was satisfactory and encouraged us to contact him for any further needs. This level of hospitality far exceeds typical fast-food standards and even outperforms most full-service restaurants.
Note on Atmosphere:
The interior AC is extremely powerful, making the air and the chairs uncomfortably cold. This is why we, and most other customers today, chose to sit outside (all three outdoor tables were full, while the interior remained mostly empty).
We will definitely continue to frequent this location.

First time here and I am so glad we came in! The chicken tenders are amazing and the options are endless! We tried all the tacos and they were amazing especially kimchi if you like a kick! My son had the 4 piece tenders and was glad he did he loved it with the sweet teriyaki. Will the manager was super nice and took great care of everyone including serving a man in a wheelchair his drink and food to the table. The food and service were amazing and we will be back!!! Thanks Will!!
