I had an excellent experience at this Firehouse Subs in Kingstown. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. The food was extremely fresh and prepared perfectly, which really made the meal enjoyable. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained, showing great attention to detail. It’s clear the staff takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and service.

Firehouse Subs place was clean and well kept. There was no traffic and no lines. Communication was confusing at first with service, yet we were able to order our takeout. I was shocked at how much a large sub was yet I know the quality is always good and better than similar place. We ordered four large subs – two Italian meatballs and two turkey sandwiches. The two sandwiches I ordered for myself were my meals for 3 days. I hardly eat fast food and remember that I last bought footlong Italian meatball sandwiches for $5. The sandwich tasted good like the ones I bought for $5 yet I understand how prices of food has doubled in a year or two. If you love Firehouse Subs and go there regularly, I strongly suggest downloading the free app to get free food through the reward points.

The customer service at this Firehouse location is exceptional. I was greeted at the door by one of the team members and asked if I was picking up.
It took a little longer than expected to get my order but they made everything perfectly!

Ordered two subs online to pickup in store. Arrived about a minute early. One of the employees behind the counter asked the other if they had made the meatball sub. That was obviously one of the two subs I ordered. The response was no. So, didn’t get my order on time as they hadn’t even started making one by the time I arrived. Employees need better communication.

Ordered the Thanksgiving sub, medium with a side of gravy and soft drink. $17. The turkey appears to be turkey breast and not deli meat, only two small pieces on each half, the stuffing is pretty much Stovetop which wouldn’t stay on the roll, there was so little cranberry on it you couldn’t taste it so it didn’t have that sweet savory flavor it should. The gravy I was given was so sparse amount it barely covered the bottom of the cup. For $17 for a medium sandwich, I expected it to be better. It was a fail for me.

I was trying to make order for a plater and the employee named Ryan was telling me he can’t not put mayo on my sub because of how it looks. But I don’t mind what it looks like I like the taste and when I went to another firehouse they made it for me and it was fine. Ryan refused to make my order. Ryan seemed careless when he was talking. He closed on my face when I asked for his name then I called again when he answered I asked for his name he told me it in an extremely rude manner. When I said I would complain he said he didn’t care. I am very disappointed with fire house subs and I will never come here again.

For me, happiness is a hot corned beef or pastrami sandwich. The New York Steamer sub had both meats, melted provolone and a delicious combination of mustard, mayo and Italian dressing. Can’t get any better than that. My glasses were all fogged up from the cold, so Ryan helped me pick the perfect combo for me. Service was great. My sandwich was brought to my table and three members of the staff stopped by to check to see that everything was okay in the twenty minutes or so it took me to eat. I expected good food, but it was so nice to feel so pampered.

The customer service there is terrible. I do not recommend. My experience there was horrible. Manager cannot help when there a bad service. The foods was cold. Did not get the soups I wanted. Service was bad, the manager don’t care or wants to help you at all.
