It was a long wait in the drive through and when I received my meal it was microwave so badly the hamburger bun was rubbery and the chili dog was cold with a hard bun. This is my second time stopping by for a quick lunch which turns into a LONG WAIT FOR GROSS FOOD! NEVER AGAIN WILL GO TO THE HAYDEN D.Q.

The food is usually good when I stop in. Tonight I wanted to try a chili dog. They forgot it in the order so I had to go ask for it. When they brought it to the table, I took one look at it and wished I had ordered something else. It was cold and dry and that chili. It looked like it had been out for many many hours. That was the worst chili I have ever eaten! I hope i dont get sick tonight.

There is always a very long wait for the drive-up window– but if you go inside you can get served right away. The inside dining room is always very clean, and they bring your food to your table.

Haven’t been to this one for a while, decided to get two orders, one small smoothie and one medium shake. So overpriced, almost $15, and they got one of my items very wrong,threw it away. Service was slow and was asked same question twice, staff seemed off. Never coming back here, even nostalgia won’t get me to come back here anymore.

Yes yes I know 5 stars? Well I’ve always loved a juicy growler with onion rings and DQ does it great. Crispy rings that allow you to bite through and not drag out the onion hmmm hmmmm. That’s my grab a bite jam. Staff was super friendly!! If you’re in the area this is your lunch spot.

Went to Dairy Queen drive thru to get mint oreo blizzard for my wife’s birthday. We have purchased several blizzards from D Q in the past and this blizzard had no oreos in the ice cream and very little mint. Went back in and told staff I was not satisfied. The high school staff said it looked fine to them. Three different staff said it was fine. I asked for the manager and showed her there was no oreos in the blizzard and little mint. She offered to have it remade but since I did not want spit from the high school staff in the blizzard I decided to get a refund. As much as a customer spends for a blizzard this was not acceptable. We all know that hiring high school staff is very difficult but in this case at least three should be fired. Spending that much money for ice cream should come with a standard which was not met in this case.

I went through Dairy Queen’s drive-thru the other day and watch them take a burger stick it in the microwave and then put it back on the grill. So today I went by and asked the manager about it. She explained to me that they call it boosting to melt the cheese and yes they do microwave all of their burgers. She also told me that Wendy’s and McDonald’s do the same thing. So I talked to managers at both Wendy’s and mcdonald’s, one was actually a district manager. And they told me absolutely not. They do not microwave your burgers. So the manager thought if she slandered other large chains that it would justify what they are doing. I think anybody that ever gets a burger at Dairy Queen should know that it is being microwaved for you. And they will lie to you about it being common practice. I sincerely hope that McDonald’s and Wendy’s actually file a lawsuit against Dairy Queen for slander. That is disgusting and no Burger chain should ever microwave a hamburger. That is disgusting. Choose your fast food wisely.
