Whoever the closing crew was today was amazing. I called right before them closing and they kept the place open because I was already on the way. The staff was really nice and helpful. I normally dont even write reviews but I hope they know they did a amazing job more than other places.

Extremely dirty and unprofessional. The cook in the photo took my stir fry for himself and ate it, and then started laughing with his coworkers about it. After they I left but I still had to pay. Bathrooms are extremely dirty with flecks of feces everywhere

I’ve been here only twice. The first time must have been after a big rush because food was all over the counters and tables were not cleared and wiped down yet. They ask if you want garlic powder but I think it’s garlic salt because my food was wayyy too salty. The 2nd time everything was clean, food was great (skipped garlic powder) and service was average. My only complaint is the toilet was very dirty and the paper towel machine was either broken or empty.

I’m gonna pop 3 stars on this one because of the rice. As a GK establishment? They should taste test their stuff before serving it. It was under cooked by about 10 minutes or so. My pot sticker was also kind of cold. My bowl of chow main was very good and so were the employees. Check your rice people!!

I have visited maybe 5 times and all five times I feel they don’t staff enough or they seem to operate at slow motion. I applaud they open and gives us an opportunity to eat there so I am thankful, however compared to the GK establishments I’ve been too this is the least likely for me to return to. The staff are doing their best, however the lack of cleaning up, stocking the supplies, and sorts gives reason that they should have more staff than they have per shift to help. I love Mongolian BBQ but sad I will have to drive out to get it.
