My friend and I visited for the first time. It’s inside the food hall which has a bar in the common area. Placed our order, found a seat snd waited for the food pager to ring. We did have to pick our order up from the counter, I saw some reviews where they brought the food to you (might have changed but no big deal). I ordered the dragon roll and miso ramen. Both were really good. The sushi was super fresh. I do feel like the price for everything was a bit much but overall it was a great experience.

I finally tried this place and am mad that it took me this long!!!! I had the salmon truffle roll it was amazing. But the star, my absolute favorite, is the fried chicken ramen. When I tell you it taste like soul food in a bowl! Delicious . I came back the next day to have it all over again.

I really enjoy the sushi here but it gets 4 stars because of the limitations, the ordering system, the fact I’m in a food hall, etc.
I ordered one of their more fancier pieces and what I really wanted was a hot cup of green tea. Is that an option? Nope. Okay how ’bout sake? I don’t think the bar in the food hall has that.
I guess I could have figured out a way to cart this structure, because it is that, home and enjoy it with a choice sake or my own favorite green tea.
I also ordered a salmon and avocado roll, but you won’t find it in the ordering system I used. You need a phone that understands QRC codes and then struggle with the menu. Apparently, I had to order an avocado roll and add salmon it.
I totally recommend it for getting and going. Not a fancy date night.

Horu Sushi is the best sushi in a large radius, highly recommend to anyone who loves sushi. The eel roll is my current favorite. It’s the best vendor in Le Fantome Food Hall and we are so spoiled to have this level of taste in our neighborhood.
We also love their ramen which is legit
You can even go for happy hour at the bar and eat the sushi there with your drink!

I really enjoyed the sushi and is easily some of the freshest and best I have had in a really long time. I ordered the Nashville Hot Roll and the Shrimp Tempura along with the pork egg roll. Fabulous.

I would say Bethsda is the best area for ramen in the DMV.
Horu Sushi Riverdale has staff with great customer service; def has friendly and helpful staff which was the best part of the experience. Food was decent.
Unique setup; this is a building with different restaurants similar to a food court. Area is nice looking but just like any place bad people are welcomed. My son and I felt unsafe during our visit with a male near by threatening a females safety. I would not visit this place again.

Place is in a food court, one of several restaurants. They have traditional Japanese fare with some specials. You have to order from a QR code is my only complaint. That shrimp tempura sushi was fire though.

I didn’t get the sushi, so I won’t comment on that. But let me just say, if the Horu Poke Bowl is supposed to be one of your signature dishes. I might suggest making it worthy of the name. Pretty in presentation, lacking in flavor and substance for the cost.

The best vendor at this food hall. Delicious appetizers and entrees. Favorites are the snowcrab roll and rainbow roll. Very high quality ingredients and chef’s have been able to accommodate for my gluten intolerance across numerous options, except for anything tempura battered. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy their sushi and ramen, which is why I bought from them 15+ times, but they’ve only gotten my order right 2 or 3 times. Like, they’ve given me the wrong rolls or forgotten standard items in the ramen or left out add-ons I’ve purchased. It’s quite perplexing.
