Worst customer service. Ordered on app a least 15 minutes ahead to ensure it was ready when I got there, since I was in a rush. Wasn’t ready when I got there. Waited another 5-10 minutes for them to “find” my order. No apologies or compensation from the manager. Front counter person didn’t even know what street he worked at, when I asked for the address to make sure I ordered at the correct location. Wow! Sad. Go at your own risk. Know they most likely will screw up your order, which they did last time I went. My fault for giving them another chance.

Normally don’t have an issue here but just now an associate made a mistake at the register. That’s not the issue, everyone makes mistakes. The issue is, what seemed to be the manager had us sitting at the window for over 10 minutes without any explanation. He just tap tap tapped the computer and my card for over 10 minutes while my 2 bags of ice, and my daughter’s milkshake melted away on the counter. Then he walked away, I had to ask another associate for an explanation and to make my daughter’s milkshake over again. My two bags of ice already started to melt and water pooled in the bottom of the bag. No consideration or communication for a paying customer at all.

After midnight fast food can sketchy. This McDonald’s was excellent. The employee at the window was extra friendly and apologized because they had to make my order and it took about 2 minutes, not long at all. Hope someone recognizes he’s doing an outstanding job late at night.

Terrible service I went in and ordered food and asked if I can buy happy mean toys they told me no because they didn’t want to check. They were not busy at all. A friend of mine was thinking about doing a bday party here and the attitude and unprofessionalism made him immediately decide not to. I even asked if I can pay for multiple happy meals and just make sure I didn’t get all the same toy. But taking 10 seconds out of their lives to check the toys (in a box they open anyway to put in the food) just cost a lot of business. But they do care. As an entrepreneur I would hate to have a staff and supervisors like this at my establishment

Very busy small entry into parking and its same entry out. Gets a little crowded at both exit & entry because its also used for other establishments withen the complex. My food is allways fresh because they move so much of it fast. I dont think their is any time for the fries or nuggets to sit.

Manager intentionally held my food for 15 minutes after I told him I put in a mobile order for drive thru but needed to use the bathroom. He thought I was trying to skip the drive thru line after asking why he intentionally served 9 customers ahead of me purposely letting my food sit his answer was “should’ve gotten back in the drive thru you would’ve got ur food fresh”.
