First time coming back since I was a little kid. Always use to eat here with my mom when I was young. Now I’m 22 and I couldn’t be more happier to come back. Menus are great very neat and not overwhelming. The service is great waitress very sweet and kind always smiling. Food was amazing couldn’t be more happier with my experience here again now as an adult. Definitely i am coming back. East main cafe is the place to visit.

Omelette was good. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and tons of other options if you’re looking for other breakfast staples.

Phenomenal place the food was perfect spot on fresh. I’ve never had it better anywhere else. And our wonderful server rose, not only attended to us, but in the amount of time it took to order get our food and eat it was 20 minutes or less how fitting on our 20 year anniversary so we gave her a tip for every year we’ve been married

East Main Cafe in Webster is such a great local spot. The coffee is really good — I had a cappuccino, and as a bit of a coffee connoisseur myself, I was genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, it tasted fresh and homemade, and you can tell quality matters in everything they serve. The service was great, everything came out fast and exactly how we ordered it!
If you’re in the area or looking for a new spot with a cozy, at-home feel (and taste!), this is definitely the place to try.

I started eating here about 6 months ago and now it’s my go to place. Nowhere in town as good a culinary experience for a small café. Love the food and the people that work here. All for the customers satisfaction as it should be. They are always pleasant and smiling. We even have a lot of fun! I have to say as a disabled person, they are very accommodating. They even found a place for my walker while I ate. Thanks for the wonderful experiences!

We went to breakfast Friday morning at East Main Street Cafe in Webster, MA. The place is cozy and clean, everyone is so friendly. The food is so delicious, and the coffee is the best. Our server, Rose, was a delight, refilling our coffee and very pleasant, added to our breakfast experience. I would recommend this Cafe to everyone.

I always have a good time when I come here! Sarah and Jeremy are always making sure we are good and that we have everything we need. They make this place feel comfortable and welcoming! We also met the owner Jimmy and he’s a pretty cool guy and also another person that’s making sure everything is up to par! The cooks are making great food as always! Great little cafe. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and coffee was great! Waitresses came around several times to see if we wanted refills on our coffee which I really appreciated,I love my coffee! I also love that it was very clean and cozy.
