We just held our office holiday party at Aquaviva, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. The entire staff was incredibly kind, gracious, and attentive from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was the most tender chicken I have had in a very long time. The penne vodka was amazing. The sausage and peppers were spot on perfect, and even the bread and salad were incredible.
The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated for the holiday, classy, warm, and welcoming. They even added extra special touches in the section where we were having our function, which made the whole event feel even more special. They were so flexible and accommodating with our plans, and we truly appreciated their willingness to make everything work seamlessly.
All of us from VCH absolutely loved having our event there, and we all agreed the food and service were amazing.
Aquaviva is a class act. We will absolutely be back.

The chopped antipasto salad is an absolute waste of money. There was about 4 tiny pieces of chopped roasted red pepper on it (you can see from the picture after I mixed it there were only 2 of the 4 visible). And it came to me with no meat on it. I asked the waitress, who was very nice, if it was supposed to have meat on it and she said yes. She came back with a tiny metal salad dressing container of meat. What a waste of $14.

The food was great and the chef honered our special requests. My wife’s filet was slightly overcooked, but everything else was very tasty. The service was on point! And the atmosphere was good also. The seating was nice and cozy. We had a large party of 10, and they suited us well, although if it had been busier, it might have been a little cramped. All in all, a fine establishment! We were very happy, and will definitely go back!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Gamberetti shrimp dish—wow, so flavorful! For the main course, I had the linguini carbonara, and it was just as impressive. Our server was truly delightful and incredibly helpful with her recommendations. Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic and delicious Italian cuisine.

The atmosphere staff and food at Aquaviva restaurant are an amazing addition to Sussex county. Just like the addition of Amy new restaurant, We were skeptical at first but in a matter of one visit, we were proven wrong. From the outstanding meals we were served to the exceptional service and lovable sarcasm at the bar, we couldn’t be happier to call it our new staple and are proud to be a familiar face at Brian’s bar!!

Burrata app was amazing. Filet was the best and my son was pleased with his chicken Alfredo! Drink was great too. No complaints with the food. Service was a bit slow. Probably could use more staff but overall the best food I had in the area and I’ve lived here a long time

Absolutely amazing food and impeccable and one of the best service I have ever had. We came for our 22nd anniversary. Definitely a great part of America is the service. They gave us free stuff not one not two but three: two expensive glasses of beer and wine and an ice cream dessert for our anniversary bought out by her. We got 2 papardelles, half roasted duck, meatballs and a rigatoni toscana, and truly it was an amazing experience and very fancy. The duck so crispy and the waitress put the sauce on the side to maximize the crispiness of the duck so it doesnt get moist which was very thoughtful that she planned ahead so much.
It was very cirspy and had a very juicy and succulint flavour itself and the sauce added a lot of richness. It was the perfect richness and saltiness and sweetness without being too much. The mashed potatoes were rich and even the broccoli. The pasta was excellent as well and not too salty and rich. Lastly the meatballs were superb and melted in my mouth, and the sauce was way anove average sauce cooked at home. We splurged bill was less than $200 which was quite good. On the note of the service they were very attentive and when one of our dishes were taking a long time she updated us many times about how long it would take in addition when our table took a little longer because how long it was busy. Overall fantastic flawless experience and highly recommend this!!

Heard great things. However, we did not experience the same several months ago. Cocktails were not good. The duck looked great but was overcooked. Pasta was good. Service was good but a bit overwhelmed. Perhaps short staffed. Friendly and helpful. May try again because of friends’ recommendation. We’ll see.

Recently we start seating in the bar order food and drink. First night was great our bartender was a women and she was great
Very friendly and always smiling and asking if we need anything. Then some how she don’t work on Friday night anymore. I think Brian he work Friday Night. But no longer the women sorry I can remember her name . But this Brian Guy I think that is name but he is African American . This guy don’t know how to say hello will just pass by you don’t even ask if you want drink or food .If we order drink he will be like oh I don’t have or we don’t serve anymore . Way he speak to you with very nasty tone and he will be eating while he is working. Feel like he don’t wanna be there . Seriously man if you
Don’t like bartending just get a another job . Because people go to bar to enjoy. We really like his place and we expend lot of money.
