This Goldberg’s one one customer inside when I came in at 6:55 am. I asked for a spicy hobo with soft bacon and the guy behind the counter ter said no the bacon is all already cooked. I think it’s a fair request to ask for soft bacon but he refused to do it and told me to get out after I asked why he couldn’t do it. Won’t come back to this location.

Back again. Wouldnt exactly call this place famous. Not exactly up to par with other food establishments using the word ‘famous.’ But ok. My boy originally from Queens but lives in the city says the bagel is as good as he would expect this far away from NYC. I did like how they fill the bagel hole with cream cheese. Seemed like an xtra cream cheese portion.
Equally as impressed is the coffee set up. Particularly the ice coffee that is serve your own. Lrg ice for me all th3 way. Ice machine delivered plenty of ice. Good size cubes. Coffee good. Selection of milk adequate.

Food preparation and overall service is slower than molasses but the spicy hobo bfast w/ sausage sandwich is probably the best bfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Legit took more than 40 minutes to get it though.

Inhumane place, although the coffee is good! But the restaurant management still needs to learn. The story is this, I brought 6 friends to drink coffee today, I paid for 6 cups of coffee, but one friend said he didn’t want to drink coffee, I asked for a refund, but was rejected, they told me that the money you paid cannot be refunded, whether you drink coffee or not! So this is an inhumane restaurant, I will not go here again in the future！

I was excited to try Goldbergs hearing of a good reputation. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. I asked for bacon egg and cheddar and I received what looked and tasted like already had been made old bacon, a french fry, and some kind of eggs with black stuff all over them.
It was $8 for what you see in the picture with a coffee that’s just mediocre. Needless to say I have thrown it away.
With all the good choices out here I don’t think I’ll be going back there. I don’t recommend.

Wonderful! Everyone in my group got breakfast sandwiches and they loved them. I got the honey turkey and honey mustard on an everything bagel and it was money. Got their pickle and jalapeño chips to pair with it and I was in heaven. Would recommend to anyone looking for classic deli yummy food!
