ordered 2 drinks and a loaf. pink drink wasnt sweet at all, had to ask for a remake. loaf was okay.

ordered a caramel ribbon crunch next, tasted only like coffee, no caramel or blended taste, had to get another remake

Service was extremely slow. App estimate quoted 5-7min wait , in reality for a lemonade and chai tea we waited 20 mins since placing the order through the app. The store is dirty with trays of dirty dishes lying around the counter and garbage on the floor. When we ordered a pup cup. the cashier replied “we don’t do them here. We are out of whipped cream”. Either bad service again or inventory issue.

I miss the Starbucks, that was near Sprouts. They were always busy in the mornings. They more attentive than any other Starbucks I’ve gone to.
I just visited the Starbucks in colma, the one next to poke bowl.
All I can say is the people at poke bowl i’m more attentive than the staff at starbucks. All they said was hi didn’t engage with anyone at the slightest.
That’s the character of a good coffee shop. The staff , knowing the people who they come in or if they knew they tried and get to know them. If I could give Starbucks colma no stars I would.

I think starbucks did a big mistake by getting rid of the starbucks that’s off of gellert. Big mistake.

Just went to the Starbucks

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t think starbucks will get it right.
I thought I could go over and get a drink and a bagel.
Well, i ordered a venti ice chai latte, light ice! And I get there to pick up my drink and bagel, but My cup is full of ice.
I stepped over to ask if I couldn’t get a cup to take out some of this ice, i stood there for a while.2 people looked at me 3 times and did not ask.What can I do for you?Is there a problem that we can resolve the issue. Nothing! I had to engage and say can I get a cup.
When I realized that the cup was full of ice , I had to go back and ask to get the drink remade. WHY! My order was on the little tag.
The other thing is, they didn’t even ask how to taste.Was it good for you?Do I need to remake it.
Now , that is what you called customer service. In how’s gotten rid of one of the best starbucks around.
Again , the people were attentive, and their customer service was on point!!!
And I just.
Found out you got rid of the best people that worked there.
I got it, get rid of the good put in the bad, you won’t have to pay that much.
Now,I have a decision to try and find another starbucks that’s good with customer service, near me, or go to pete’s, or even philz.
I’m just disappointed that a good starbucks has to be shut down the help out bad starbucks.

Went on a Friday around 4pm. Service was really nice. I was well-attended to and checked in on. Coffee is good and the place is cozy. It’s currently wintertime and if you’re well bundled up, the outside seating is so comfy, great for reading and has great views during sunset.

Update 1/4/2023: Today I went on a Wednesday around 2pm-ish. I still like this location for the views, ambiance, coziness and being a great place to work/study. Though, I had to take off a star today because I ordered a plain Chai Tea and it took nearly 20min! Even from a mobile order. Perhaps it’s just a super busy time or because of the bad weather and everyone wants to order something warm. But that is a really long wait time for tea.

One of the great Starbucks here the drive up is located very convenient to drive through or dine in/out access to getting your favorite drinks located close to mall your easy access from Southgate going coming from to shopping areas like home depot along the way. 10:30 am Aug 10th female in drive-thru took our order. When we get up to the front she says she doesn’t have one of our coffees. She kept cutting us off when we were ordering. In the end did not get our order right then told us to swing around and get back in line again. Not cool. Not going back to that location again.

Omg this has never happened to me. I work in customer service so I tried to polite when they were taking a while for my Frappuccino but they made my drink and left it there to melt while I was waiting in the window for it. The three girls were there just talking I tried to get their attention and I made eye contact with one of them twice and she just ignored me. The guy who took my order just left it there. So irresponsible I’m never going to this Starbucks again.

I frequent this Starbucks often. The baristas are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I have spent from 5 minutes to sometimes a few hours and have never have had any issues. The drinks as expected. I am sure you are wondering then why only 4 stars

It is all because of this mornings visit. Today I did a mobile order: I picked up the order, tasted it to make sure it was good, got into car, drove a mile to work, sat down to do some work, forgot about said drink. I finally finished what I was doing, walked to the microwave, because of course it was cold by now. I took off cap to put in microwave, and to my surprise, since I had only taken one sip for taste, I found my Grander Chai Tea Latte had fell a little ‘Short’.

I did however still drink it and as always it was as expected!!! So thank you Starbucks for your amazing Customer Service but make sure when we pay for a Grande we get a Grande.
